“I truly can not say enough good things about this branch & all of the fabulous employees that work there. My dad suddenly passed away & I was left in charge of his accounts and estate, completely overwhelmed with all the responsibilities I now had on my plate, with no idea of where to begin. I started by calling and asking what to do, I spoke with Lashawn who was so kind in walking me through what to bring with me when I came in, what to ask for, and what to say. He even called me back when he realized he forgot to mention how much time it would save me to get an EIN from the IRS before coming in. When I came into the branch, I met & sat with Shawn who took the time to help me organize my documents, close out my dad's accounts, and open up an estate account. Throughout the following months, I had to come in every so often to deposit and withdraw money from the account, & Carl was always the bank teller I had the pleasure of working with. He was able to help me in ordering expedited estate checks & took his time in helping me obtain the necessary bank documents needed to file the inheritance tax (even personally calling me once they were all ready to be picked up). Bottom line, this bank & it's employees were the most helpful, sympathetic, and kind people I have had to work with in managing the business related to my Dad's passing (the same can not be said for so many other agencies & offices I've dealt with during this process). & I know they are not acting any particular way specifically due to my circumstances, as every time I am there I am constantly hearing them greet customers by name and initiating friendly conversation. I feel at such ease knowing my Dad's affairs and accounts are being handled by such an awesome team.”

“So here I am again at Wells Fargo & yet again was delivered exceptional customer service. I came in for notary services & Kamal assisted me first. I was missing a few pieces of information & she was beyond helpful in writing down the additional items I needed. On my return I decided to do a withdrawal and Ellisa was my teller. Another wonderful experience. She also informed as that they could provide me with a temporary card as I did not have my card with me. She was simply all smiles, delightful, and provided seamless, and time efficient service. Brittany also, was charming & made greeted me during my transaction. As I waited for my turn for my second round of my notary attempt. Jahanna offered to assist me. Again, another Wells Fargo team member that was all smiles and charming. End result - my documents were notarized, I collected funds, & it was an easy breezy experience with smiles & polite conversation. Big plus - she provided me with an envelope for my documents - as it was pouring out. There is something about Wells Fargo Bank. No matter what state you are in they always manage to make you feel like it is your neighborhood bank. The employees are always smiles, courteous, and demonstrate effective time management skills.
