“I really liked this bank. I was just informed they are closing and becoming Fulton bank. I wonder if my routing number is the same? The auto pay will my bills be paid? What about my checks? What about account balances? I bet all the rules will change. I was in there yesterday and nobody said that today they folded. I'm upset”

“I have been a loyal Bank of America customer since 2016, and I have always met my financial obligations. I never missed a payment on my mortgage, my Bank of America credit card, or my previous auto loan, which I paid in full. Unfortunately, my circumstances have changed dramatically due to serious medical issues, hospitalizations, and the loss of income. At this time, I have one Bank of America credit card and two Wells Fargo credit cards with high interest. The monthly interest charges have become overwhelming, and I am struggling to make progress, as most of my payments go toward interest. I respectfully ask Bank of America to review my situation and consider any hardship assistance or loan solutions that may be available. If possible, I would like to explore consolidating or refinancing the debt, including my Wells Fargo card balances, into my mortgage or another affordable option so I can make one manageable payment. My goal is not to avoid my financial responsibilities. I simply need temporary assistance so I can regain financial stability, continue making my payments, and keep my home.
