“Started going when it was First Federal and I'm still there. When my mom passed away in 2020, they helped my dad and me with getting everything taken care of with the account he and my mom had with them and with getting it where I was on the account to help him with keeping the balance in check and making sure the bills got paid. They also helped me with my own account a few times when my debit card got messed up by getting me a new one rather quickly and then there was that time my card got locked when I tried to use it at a Target in NJ and they were able to resolve the issue over the phone. 10/10...would recommend.”

I had some issues with a payment getting declined, had it approved and still had an issue, Kyle personally called the card center after I hung up to find out what was going, he called me back and we were able to fix it (all after I told him I would wait until the next day to try again!) he really went out of his way to help ?”
