“I went to the UPS store on Saturday with a bunch of returns for Amazon. I didn’t realize (completely my fault) that some of the items I could bring without packaging and others needed to be boxed up. Serra was so patient and went above and beyond to help me package my items with extra boxes they had there. It took a really long time but she saved me! I know the UPS store isnt supposed to do that, and I so appreciate the help she gave me. If I could give 10 stars I would!!!”

“I’m used to going to Kohl’s to return Amazon products I went to this UPS store and since I’m a first time customer they obliged and didn’t charge me for the return and informed me to come in and keep the box it came in or bag to make it easier return and I would recommend this sore. They were honest and worth going to for any shipping needs”

“Nitro is by far the best decal store in the area! I had an issue with a decal that I had ordered from another store and it was wrong! It was for a wedding and I was pressed for time! I only had one day to get it fixed! I called multiple places to see if they could help me and Nitro was the only one that said that they would take a look! They were extremely compassionate and understanding to my needs! They went above and beyond and did a much better job then the previous store that I ordered it from! Once it was done and looked beautiful Matt said that he would be at the store the following morning in case anything were to go wrong to call him and they would fix it! Customer service isn’t even the word for this company they are perfection and u can tell they care for each and every customer!”
