“This Staples store staff went out of their way to coerce the cash register checkout terminal to price match the in-store sale on 2 office chairs that weren’t in stock but had to be ordered. The online price was higher than the store sale price. So it took some time to get the price match, and in the end they achieved the end result. The entire staff was patient and so kind during this process.”

“This is the BEST UPS store in New Jersey. Wonderful knowledgeable sales associates so very kind and helpful. A very nice red-haired young man and a sweet dark haired young lady go out of their way to help. They were able to help me print my 2024 W2 copies to be filed with my tax return. These sales associates provide the BEST service to everyone. SUPER excellent kind and helpful. This is the BEST UPS store because of these wonderful sales associates. A++++++”

I met Rebecca and loved her from the start ! She used to be in Print and Marketing and she has done alot of work for me.
Every time I come in, it’s usually for something last minute, and I can always count on the staff to come through. The team is very professional, friendly, and always willing to help.
My son had a STEM project due, and Tori and Jordan did an amazing job helping me get all the printouts I needed. Jake is a great manager—He has done alot of work for me over these past years.
I’ve been in the store a lot lately, and he’s been extremely helpful, along with Connor.
Overall, the staff here is great, helpful, and reliable. I truly appreciate the consistent customer service!
