“This is by far the best furniture company in America where you can order high quality, luxury furniture from Europe. We had a ceramic dining table and chairs made in Italy delivered. Team of 4 showed up to install with white glove service. Product exactly as pictured and made flawless.So we ordered a desk but needed a custom size. No problem. They hired a special team to assemble the desk to ensure quality.The desk is flawless and just stunning.Steve has been most responsive and helpful in getting exactly what we wanted. “Chris was extremely helpful and polite. This place has the most friendly vibe you could ask for. They are so helpful and informative. They know their clients and are ready to help us replicate, as close as possible, your favorite horror characters. I pre-ordered the Art the Clown Santa mask. When arriving, they helped me put the outfit together. They even had custom, all black clown shoes made to help us replicate the Santa version of the Miles County Clown. I will be a long time patron. I drove 160 miles one way and have no regrets.”

“We had a VERY positive experience at this store. My partner and I needed to buy a new bed and mattress. We bought the bed from the showroom at a different location (Roosevelt Boulevard), and when we were assisted at this store for the mattress about a week later, the salesperson was extremely helpful. It was just the right amount of guidance without being overbearing. We are also an LGBT couple and the sales reps were extremely kind, inclusive, and welcoming, in not-awkward way, which is not our experience everywhere. The delivery was super smooth. I got email and text reminders the days leading up to it and a tracker the morning of. Both the mattress and bed were delivered the same day, on a Saturday. The truck came on time - with the mattress and the bed. It took the team under 30 minutes to set everything up. Everyone was masked and followed covid protocols. An extra thing that happened that actually made me write this yelp review is that I lost my key in the store. I didn't realize until we had arrived home. I called, and the sales rep who answered assured me that they would look for it. This was on New Year's Eve. On New Year's Day, I got a call back that the manager had found the key, and I could come pick it up anytime. The last piece was totally unnecessary but they really were so kind - on a holiday. 5 stars. Thank you!”

“I went into the store to try and get a dresser and see if I could match nightstands I got a couple years ago. Kirk A & Joe G. Were phenomenal! Usually, when I go into a furniture store, everybody will follow me around and kind of hover while I shop. whereas these two guys were super helpful and tried to match my nightstand as much as possible. I’m gonna be getting new furniture in the future and I’ll make sure I come back here To work with them!! :)”
