“This is a very clean hotel and the main reason I'm giving it 5 stars. The cleaning service works very hard here, you can tell by the amount of time they spend in the rooms, and presentation is beautiful. They deserve 5 stars. For the rooms itself, I wish the fridge was bigger so it doesn't freeze everything, and a little more soundproofing. But, overall, very clean and would stay again.”

Not even allow us early check-in for dress up and very warm welcome us. But bed mattress little bit too short. Location is convenient. I will recommend again to my clients and family.”

“The rooms are very clean. The front desk employees are helpful. It’s not a fancy hotel but it’s clearly kept up and kept clean. I would definitely stay here again. I read the reviews before coming and saw where they said the AC did not work and that they got no help with the issue. I can only assume they were lying. The AC worked great. Cooled the room right down and again the front desk people were very helpful. The laundry room is very clean as well and the machines work good. There is also a gym and that was clean and kept up also.”

“I had a great experience staying at the Dove Hotel in Bensalem. When I first walked into my room, I was amazed by how clean, modern, and inviting it was. You could immediately tell it was going to be a great stay just from the atmosphere of the room alone. I loved the overall look of everything and how well-maintained and organized it was. The Jacuzzi was definitely a highlight and made the stay even more enjoyable. The staff were very friendly and welcoming throughout our visit. I also really liked the walkway and layout of the property—it felt peaceful and well designed. Overall, everything was very nice, up-to-date, and made for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. Highly recommend coming here with your lover haha! I ended up being very romantic for the both of us!”

“I had a really great stay at Penn Lodge. I was traveling with my 3-year-old son and needed a place that felt clean, safe, and convenient, and this ended up being a wonderful choice. One of my favorite things was the 24/7 virtual check-in and check-out. I had never experienced that before. It was through a computer with a real person connected virtually, and the process was super quick and easy. It felt modern, efficient, and very convenient. The room itself was very clean and felt updated. I loved the wood floors because they made the space feel fresh and spotless. The towels were spotless, and the room had everything I needed: complimentary water, phone chargers, an ironing board, a small kitchen area, and even vegan shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, and other thoughtful touches. The staff was also very kind and helpful. A woman helped me find my room and even offered to get more sheets if I needed the sofa bed. I also believe I met the owner, and the whole place just had a very thoughtful, well-run feeling. The only small things to note are that there was a moth in the room when I arrived, but I was going in and out with a lot of things, so that may have been why. Also, the room doors open directly to the outside, which I’m not used to and was a little nervous about at first, especially staying with my child. But I ended up feeling safe and comfortable. You can hear people coming and going nearby, but it didn’t bother us. Overall, there were so many pros and only very minor cons. It was clean, convenient, thoughtfully stocked, and comfortable. I would definitely stay here again.”

“Thanks for a great stay. I was a near 1am arrival, I messaged the hotel ahead of time to ask if they’d turn my air to the lowest setting (I like to sleep in a very cold room). This was accommodated without hesitation, which is why I’m a Hilton loyalist. The room was also very spacious for a Hampton Inn, clean, and quiet despite being fully sold out. 10/10, would stay here again if in the area.”

“There is no microwave and no refrigerator in the room. Comforter had burn holes in them. Will visit again when I have to be in the area. Room 14, the bathroom is very small and this room did smell heavy of smoke, but you can smell it even after they sprayed something to make it better.”

“We came here for sesame place it is SO CLOSE!!! Overall exactly what we expected the hotel to be, clean, and friendly staff. Mckayla (probably not spelled right) checked us in, she was so nice and helpful. The card reader was down but she was great in handling the situation and the families checking in around us. Glad we came on a day she was our person.”

“People and Relationships, made a huge difference at our one night stay over for an event. Arrival night, Zaarish (thanks for the correction!) at the counter was very personable and tolerated out banter well. Made sure there was abundant coffee until 10pm and warded off all dragons - deserves a raise. Departure, breakfast was great, and hot. Nancy on housekeeping was engaging upon talking in the hall as I was leaving the room and continued to serve by finding a lost item in our room - deserves a double bonus for sure and a raise. Justin, at the counter for checkout was also very helpful and personable. He deserves to be the heir in line for ownership, and a raise. Thanks for all the help and engagement.”

“All the staff has been amazing (shout-out to Melissa and Jason)! Everyone has went above and beyond to make sure all my needs during my stay have been met. The room is clean and we'll maintained. The breakfast has a good spread of healthy breakfast options as well as the normal waffles and yogurt you see elsewhere. The location is convenient to Sesame place but also only a few minutes away from all the shopping options you may need. I was working remotely from the hotel and had no issues making video calls and running reports using the included Wi-Fi.”

“we had a good stay! nicely cleaned room, comfortable bed, no bad smells, ac felt great, tv worked. the room itself doesn’t come with cooking utensils, i think we would’ve had to buy them at the front desk. soap bars and shampoo in packets were provided, as well as 2 cups. i had no problems there, it’s about what you’d expect from a 2 star hotel. also, the front desk lady, Christine, was very sweet! :D”

I didn't like the some of the people that were hanging out outside and and they kept asking me for cigarettes and money the only other thing was the potholes in the parking lot. Other then that the room was nice and the staff was friendly.”

The rooms may not be perfectly clean or modern, but the bed was very comfortable, the bedding was clean, and most importantly, I had no issues with bugs or anything like that. What really makes this place special is the staff. The woman at the front desk is incredibly kind and welcoming — just a genuinely pleasant person to deal with. The housekeeping staff are also very friendly and helpful. Their attitude creates a warm, almost home-like atmosphere that makes you want to come back. Great staff and a comfortable stay overall.”

I needed an extra key owner was generous. No issues I recommended that’s from me coming all the way from Texas. No roaches no outside noise for the most part.”

“I had an emergency with my property and needed to spend a night away from my home. I chose Comfort Inn Westhampton/Mount Holly because I work next door to it and it was convenient. Comfort Inn, I found out, is much more than being in a convenient location; it is a Hotel with TOP NOTCH customer service and attention from beginning to end. I had a few special requests that I was concerned about and Dax, the General Manager, addressed my requests and exceeded my expectations. This is the old school customer service that's becoming harder and harder to find. Thank you Dax for making my unfortunate situation COMFORTABLE!! 10 STARS!!!”
