“I was greeted, left to take my time to look and then as soon as i picked up my first selenite to purchase, like magic there was a smiling person with green hair and a tray for me.My son was completely indecisive on what he wanted and the gentleman behind the counter showed him sphere after sphere until he found the one he wanted. No impatience. Just enjoying talking about stones. Everything is priced appropriately. The store is brightly lit, very clean, the staff is knowledgeable and friendly. Great atmosphere. “Popped in to see if anything could be done to fix my engagement ring, which had a small dent (my fault!) in some delicate filigree. Bill gave the ring a quick inspection, brought it to his back room, and came back out with it all fixed up in a matter of 2-3 minutes. He didn't charge me (said it was such an easy job) and even offered some advice on keeping the ring in good shape going forward.”

“Was trying to find a perfume made in Ireland as a last minute gift. Although the shop had closed for the evening I figured I would call anyway and was told they had just closed but they would wait for me so I could get the item I needed. Absolutely incredible customer service especially in this day and age. When I arrived I found the door locked but was welcomed into a wonderful treasure trove of Irish goods and other items anyway. Although it was after hours I was even offered complimentary gift wrapping for the items I purchased. I try to support local small business as often as possible and will definitely be returning in the future. Not pushy at all which I’ve experienced at other jewelers. He even polished my ring for me. I can’t remember the last time it looked this good and sparkly. Fair price and was able to pick up within 3 days. I won’t go anywhere else now.”
