Bill gave the ring a quick inspection, brought it to his back room, and came back out with it all fixed up in a matter of 2-3 minutes. He didn't charge me (said it was such an easy job) and even offered some advice on keeping the ring in good shape going forward.”

“My wife and I were at Getzow for the first time last week. We were greeted by Laura and Basil. We were looking for a 5 diamond anniversary band. I was sold on a more expensive option but my wife's small finger dictated going from a 1 1/2 ctw natural diamond to a 1 ctw, 14 k yellow gold band. They could have easily sold me the more expensive version but Basil agreed with my wife and settled for the 1 ctw. Basil's experience and knowledge were exactly what we needed. Extremely quick turnover of 3 days to downsize. Excellent job well done! We will certainly be back. Great place! Great experience! Great people! Thanks much!”
