“My fiancé and I made two trips to this location. Dave greeted us immediately and we told him what we were looking for. He told us to try out the mattress tester so that the computer program dwindles down the best mattresses for us. We liked a couple but Dave never pressured us into picking one and told us to just relax on the chosen mattresses because our bodies had to adjust. After choosing one Dave gave us some great deals and explained every aspect of the buying process. In the end we asked if we could have the quotes written down and if we could come back after we thought about it. Without hesitation David told us to take our time and to go see him when we were ready. Fast forward to today, we went back and Dave got us an even better deal! Do yourselves a favor and go see Dave when you are in the market for a mattress. There is no one else that compares!”

“Overall this was a good experience. I bought the left and right end pieces of a Starbot Power Recliner sectional to make a love seat for my living room. For comparison only, Ashley Furniture in Warminster had these pieces for $1799.98 which did include delivery and installation (they also had a 5% Military Discount - $90 off); for a delivered and installed price of $1709.98. Removal and disposal of my old love seat was not available at all. So, with PA tax added, total cost would have been $1812.58 Sweet Dreams sold me the exact same pieces for $1120 also with a 5% Military Discount of $56 for a price of $1064.00. However, Sweet Dreams then added $150.00 for delivery (paid to the store), $38.34 for using my credit card (3% - paid to the store - bring a check with you!), $100.00 cash to the driver for taking my old love seat to the curb plus another $100.00 cash for disposal at the dump (also paid to the driver). These cash payments were not tips. I was told about them by phone after I had already paid for the sectionals at the store. The delivery people did offer to unbox and set up the new love seat (which was not included) for an additional $75.00 cash which I declined. (It took me all of 15 minutes to set up the love seat. It would have been 10 minutes if I had had a helper). So, with PA tax added I paid $1316.18 for the loveseat; a savings of $496.40 (though I did have to put it together myself). Apples to apples, while buying from Sweet Dreams had some frustrations at the nickel and dime add-ons, even with the removal and disposal costs, they save me $296.40 on the love seat and I did not have to deal with the old sofa. A win ... Oh, and as to delivery time, order placed on 23 Dec 2023 and delivered 9 Jan 2024 due to only having a left side in stock locally.”

During that time I was rehabbing from five major orthopedic surgeries and Andy was wonderful advising me and getting the appliances installed asap. Andy is a most cheerful, kind and caring man, in addition to being very knowledgeable. I think of him on a regular basis as he made my life so much easier and I love the choices he helped me make. Andy followed through after the purchase by getting me excellent delivery installers and making sure all aspects were accomplished. I continue to be a most satisfied customer!!”
“America's Mattress has an awesome selection of mattresses to try out!! I've bought two very expensive mattresses from here. The manager, Joe, was amazing. This guy knows his stuff. You tell him what ails you, and he will fix you up with the proper mattress for your needs. He isn't going to try to swindle you on getting a more expensive mattress either. He actually talked me OUT of a higher priced one just because he knew it wouldn't meet my required needs. Between the 2 mattress I have bought from them, I've spent a good 5 hours of my life testing tons of them out and working with Joe on the perfect fit. Their prices are competitive and low, and there are no gimmicks. When spending a chunk of money on a mattress, they gave me some complimentary items for my new bed (this varies situationally I believe) including pillows and sheets. Even better, the first mattress I bought, a Tempurpedic turned out to be the worst purchase ever. It was way too soft for me (but I apparently knew everything and didn't listen to Joe). I was able to return it within my 120 day trial period to trade it in for Joe's suggestion, a much firmer (and much cooler and comfortable) Serta iComfort. There was a very small fee for removal of the Tempurpedic (but that thing weighs 300lbs, so I don't really blame them) and they dropped off my iComfort (also super heavy). Trust me, that small removal fee was worth every penny to switch to a more comfortable mattress. 120 days! No questions asked! You have 120 days to test a mattress, and if you hate it you can trade it in for an equal or lesser value mattress (or pay the difference for a more expensive one). That is awesome! I recently brought my parents in and purchased them a Serta, and on my recommendation, my best friend and his wife have also purchased an iComfort from them. I'm pretty sure my Aunt is next. Sorry for the lengthy review, but I cannot say enough good things about this company. Thanks again for the awesome customer service, guys! I know I was a very indecisive customer and I appreciate your patience, understanding, and honesty when working with me. :)”
“The employees at the Levittown Sleep Numbers Bed Store are great! We had wonderful experience with them everytime we had gone to this store. The gentleman, unfortunately I am terrible at remembering names but never forget a face, it great, when he sees us coming, because both my friend and I are disabled he comes and opens the door before we are even out of the car.Both employees are very knowledgeable about the Sleep Numbers Bed Products and knows where every thing is and they help each other out. I went in determined to buy a certain pillo.pillow and after the gentleman explained the difference. between the pillow I was after and the pillow that I actually bou.bought, I ended up getting my mind changed. It's not easy .for someone to change my mind and he did it because he told me everything about the 2 pillow in. A way that I could understand.I love going to the Levittown Store because I know that I will end up with the right product for me after listening to the workers and being able to try out the products there 1st.I love my Sleep Numbers Bed and bedding products because they make it for me to stay in bed and I know I am getting better sleep.My family thinks I am getting too many Sleep Numbers Bed products but I don't because I use everything I have, may not use them for what they were intended for but I make them work for me so "I " can stay in bed longer and get better sleep.”
