“I just want to say I just bought a mattress set here today July 12026. Justin was my salesman. He was wonderful! He did not try to talk me into something more expensive than I wanted to pay. He was in no way pushy, which is not the way to be when dealing with customers. I walk out on them! !! Being it is a couple days from the holiday, the sales prices were great. They agreed to take an exchange the mattress under a warranty not the comfort exchange allowed under the 120 days. So far, everything is working out very well.”

We were only going to price beds out but because of him we ended up buying the bed from him. This will be our 2nd Sleep Number Bed- they are awesome. “We had a VERY positive experience at this store. My partner and I needed to buy a new bed and mattress. We bought the bed from the showroom at a different location (Roosevelt Boulevard), and when we were assisted at this store for the mattress about a week later, the salesperson was extremely helpful. It was just the right amount of guidance without being overbearing. We are also an LGBT couple and the sales reps were extremely kind, inclusive, and welcoming, in not-awkward way, which is not our experience everywhere. The delivery was super smooth. I got email and text reminders the days leading up to it and a tracker the morning of. Both the mattress and bed were delivered the same day, on a Saturday. The truck came on time - with the mattress and the bed. It took the team under 30 minutes to set everything up. Everyone was masked and followed covid protocols. An extra thing that happened that actually made me write this yelp review is that I lost my key in the store. I didn't realize until we had arrived home. I called, and the sales rep who answered assured me that they would look for it. This was on New Year's Eve. On New Year's Day, I got a call back that the manager had found the key, and I could come pick it up anytime. The last piece was totally unnecessary but they really were so kind - on a holiday. 5 stars. Thank you!”
