“I have been overwhelmed with tile choices for my bathroom. I've been to several other tile stores including another Floor & decor in the Turnersvill, with no luck and barley any customer service or help.
Today I hit the jackpot! Drove 2 hours to Levitown... walked in the door and was pleasantly greeted and offered help! Justin asked a few questions and pulled it all together for me, Billy really helped me understand the difference in bull nose vs (schluter)And the choices available, he also encouraged me to take advantage of 18month 0% intrest credit card offered! Haley at the end pulled it all together and got all my stuff ordered! I can't wait to add a picture after its finished! You guys rock! Keep up the good work! “Recently visited the Sleep number Bed Store in Levittown/Oxford Valley Mall area. We were met by Francis (Frank) who was such a great person and made us want to buy a bed from him. We were only going to price beds out but because of him we ended up buying the bed from him. This will be our 2nd Sleep Number Bed- they are awesome. “We had a VERY positive experience at this store. My partner and I needed to buy a new bed and mattress. We bought the bed from the showroom at a different location (Roosevelt Boulevard), and when we were assisted at this store for the mattress about a week later, the salesperson was extremely helpful. It was just the right amount of guidance without being overbearing. We are also an LGBT couple and the sales reps were extremely kind, inclusive, and welcoming, in not-awkward way, which is not our experience everywhere. The delivery was super smooth. I got email and text reminders the days leading up to it and a tracker the morning of. Both the mattress and bed were delivered the same day, on a Saturday. The truck came on time - with the mattress and the bed. It took the team under 30 minutes to set everything up. Everyone was masked and followed covid protocols. An extra thing that happened that actually made me write this yelp review is that I lost my key in the store. I didn't realize until we had arrived home. I called, and the sales rep who answered assured me that they would look for it. This was on New Year's Eve. On New Year's Day, I got a call back that the manager had found the key, and I could come pick it up anytime. The last piece was totally unnecessary but they really were so kind - on a holiday. 5 stars. Thank you!”

I've been shopping there for more than a year now and, beyond having a great selection of clothing, the store associates there are fantastic! Jennifer, Denny, Sherlon, and Deborah are always positive and upbeat, cordial, and friendly towards customers, creating a fun atmosphere to shop in. I'm a regular ROSS shopper, and I shop at ROSS stores all over S. Jersey. The employees at other ROSS stores aren't nearly as pleasant and accommodating as these ladies are. They're exceptional employees, and they make shopping at ROSS an enjoyable experience!”
