“I felt that the price point was high compared to you outside competitors. Also, you offered no discounts as far as veterans discount police discounts or senior citizens to me, especially since I’m on a fixed budget, being a sick senior citizen and disabled veteran.”
“Car repairs can be a risky thing. Everyone would like to have their favorite mechanic or shop they like to go to. But what do you do when you don't have a "a guy" you know? Who do you turn to when you don't know who can fix your ride? OJ car repair is amazing. The place may not look great, but it's a shop. They are great people who do great work at a reasonable price. I don't think I'll go anywhere else based on my 2 recent experiences there.So off you aren't a "townie" or don't know "a guy" try O&J. I believe they make car repair as bearable as it can possibly be.”

“Work truck broke down in their parking lot and at first the two big guys coming out look like are we going to have an issue with us being there. Well that was not the case and they let us keep the truck there until he's able to be taken out of there later that. Kudos to them and from what I understand they have really good mechanics there.”

Ken went over & above the call of duty looking for one for me and installed it at a very fair price. Previously, they did a B service for me again at a very reasonable price. The issues I should look at were explained to me in laymen's terms and he was clear to point out which s/b addressed now and which could wait. I just wish I had gone to this shop sooner.”
