“I recently had the privilege of having an inconsiderate driver damage my car by breaking the passenger sideview mirror and run off like a frightened child without leaving a contact number. I’m guessing it was a very petite individual driving a monster SUV. You know the ones who can’t see over the steering wheel.Regardless, the mirror needed to be fixed. I wanted to get a number of estimates to see what might be a reasonable cost. I choose 4 auto-body repair facilities, all within a half mile of each other along the Rt. 130 corridor in Burlington Twp., NJ.It was a great experience as well as a cautionary tale that I could relay to anyone reading this review.Shop #1 gave me an estimate of $1,500; this included replacing the glass mirror, cowl, paint the cowl and blend the passenger door to match the cowl. Now I’m thinking I might have to get my insurance company involved, which I was not expecting. Shop #2 - CARSTAR - wanted $50 to give me an estimate. WHAT??? Why? “Some people aren’t serious about getting the repair.” Well, slap my head and give CARSTAR a really bad review. Shop #3 - replace the entire mechanism - remove and replace the entire mirror apparatus, paint and blend the passenger door, front quarter panel and the cowl of the mirror to match the rest of the car. This shop came in at $2,800. Now I’m thinking the $1,500 estimate is looking reasonable.Lee’s Autobody was Shop #4. Mr. Lee looked at the broken mirror, determined that the mechanism to move the mirror was working perfectly, so that didn’t need to be replaced. Just need to replace the glass mirror, replace cowl, paint and blend the new cowl. $350. My eyes lit up. I’ve found my man!! All through the process I found Mr. Lee to be forthright and honest; going out of his way to assure me that the job could be done quickly. I entrusted my car to Lee’s Auto-body and had my car back in 2 days. Mr. Lee completed the work to my complete satisfaction. As a bonus, he popped out a dent in the rear quarter panel, AT NO CHARGE!!! The work he performed was to my satisfaction, his prices were reasonable and his honesty and personality were exceptional. I would highly recommend Lee’s Auto-body as your first stop should you need auto-body repair. From my experience, you will not be disappointed. Thumbs UP to LEE’S AUTO-BODY. Thank you Mr. Lee.”

“My car caught on fire, they towed it and stored it on their lot. I’m really shocked by some of these reviews as everyone in the office was so kind and sympathetic. They kept telling me how glad they were that everyone made it out alive.

Was it expensive yes, these situations usually are, most tow and impound lots are. I wasn’t able to get there right away with the title to have them dispose of the car, they were so understanding of the situation and could have charged me more but locked the amount in from the day I called.

Let’s face it, if your car is being towed by them more likely then not you had some kind of unfortunate life event/accident. Life events/ accidents are expensive. Imagine if no one existed to tow and store your vehicle. Don’t take it out on them your frustrations with what your going through. It isn’t their fault they are doing their job and making a living. I am grateful for them and their services.

The bottom line is, they were fast, in getting to the scene and helping me get through this nightmare. They didn’t just tow my vehicle but they cleaned the scene better then I have ever seen another tow company do. I didn’t have to sit around and wait once I got to the office, they helped me right away, they gave me whatever discount they could for signing my car over and they were kind. I am greatful they are who the police called. Life sucks sometimes, don’t take it out on business owners.”
