The United States Postal Service is the only organization that regularly delivers to every address in the country, managing over 30,000 retail locations. It provides secure, reliable, and affordable delivery. Staff are often pleasant, professional, and helpful in person, sometimes going the extra step to resolve issues. However, there can be problems with packages being delivered to the wrong house or marked as delivered when they were not. The phone line is frequently unanswered. Despite these issues, the service is committed to innovating and improving customer experiences.

Driver didn't even look for my apartment and then drove off saying that there was no drop off point! I usually have no issue but it seemed as we had a cover driver so they didn't know what they were doing.

They're pleasant to deal with in person but for the past month or so I've been having issue's with them delivering packages to the wrong house or packages being marked as delivered when they were never delivered. And I have a doorbell camera so I know this. And they almost never answer their phone!!! ?
