“I've done a lot of business over the years here and haven't had one bad interaction with the employees. They've always been helpful, courteous, efficient and on a number of occasions gone above n beyond in helping me navigate the Postal System. They used to sort and deliver locally, but the Postal Service moved those operations to another location. I can only hope that this Office will continue to be available in the future.”
“It's a small post office but everything you need is there and you ran out pretty fast as people are in there I can't remember if it works if I really really good at getting a PO boxes in Excel”

“Went online to file a claim regarding a missing package that was supposedly delivered to my central mailbox. Received a call a couple hours later from Tom from the Morrisville Post Office. He informed me that he would reach out to the mail carrier who delivered the mail that day and I would receive a call a little later with hopefully a resolution. True to his word I received a callback the package was located and he informed me that it was currently in my mailbox. I was pleased with the process and quick response and resolution. Thank you Tom for your pleasant and professional manner.”

“Everytime I come here I'm in and out. Haven't had a issue with a package yet. Supplies sold on site if you need them. Plenty of parking, great little hidden location. Rental boxes and self service station available. Hours are M-F 8AM to 430PM - Sat 830AM to 2PM.”
“I wanted to make a quick note that on two different occassions my packages were sent to the wrong address with only one mistake being that of the Post Office.. with that in mind, Joe researched both matters and they were quickly resolved. Thank you Joe! And Thank you Mrs. Mail Carrier for identifying that you had in error placed my package in the wrong box. She came back after her shift in order to correct it. Sue took time from her lunch to personally help me and my co-worker understand how to prepare our non-profit's bulk mailing. Although we couldn't get it all sorted at the time, we greatly appreciate the time they both took to help us out.”
“Every time I’ve been here it’s been horrible to work with people. I had documents that needed to go out and it sat there for over a week. Today I met Jerrica ( spelling?). She was helpful and very nice. Friendly and efficient. I hope she is the start of a new trend for this office.”

“Moorestown Post Office April 24, 2023 Well much to my surprise I had the most enjoyable experience here today. I had stopped going to My Moorestown Post Office due to the most unpleasant employees here.Due to the bridge being closed I was not able to get to the Maple Shade Post Office. Held my breath and ventured to Moorestown.Much to my surprise Clerk 49 greeted me with a smile and SO helpful. unfortunately, I did not ask his name. Will be sure to do that next time.”
