Great experience! Erica greeted me promptly and showed me a variety of products. She helped me order what I wanted and followed up with a text to make sure I was set. She gave me her hours in case I needed to come to the store to set up my new phone (watch). Two thumbs up for great customer service!

The staff at the store was very great. However, I must warn you that the customer service when you call and get some random foreigner in some random city in some random country who barely speaks English… You’re going to have trouble. But the guys at the store were great!

First experience and team member Nazir helped me out. Answered any and all questions I had and made sure I understood everything well before proceeding forward. If he's not management he should be considered. I'm greatful for the experience of customer service at this location. Would recommend 100%
