“To be honest i rate a business on how well they do after a mishap (especially as a business owner). I had one bad incident and the service department went above and beyond to fix the issue. Owning a fleet of fords I've purchased from a few dealers. The best purchase was from rt 23 automall looking back. The price time saved and the honesty is impeccable. Biggest praise to Patti in the service department she always has your best interest at heart, she goes above and beyond is super helpful and her attitude and work ethic is contagious. She cares and has a calming and upbeat personality if that makes sense. I'd hire her in a second. And she def is the one that keeps the customers coming back. At least this one. She's proven that she can take care of her customers but most importantly she's honest if she can't squeeze you in because of the schedule she doesn't which is the most important trait in my book.
