“This the best place to take your Chyrsler or Jeep to get it fixed. They are honest, they don't jerk you around. They don't break something else while it's there (I am sure you have all had that happen to you), your car doesn't sit for a week without anyone looking at it, they tell you if they actually found something which saves on repeat trips for the same problem (I am sure you have had that happen to you as well), there is no 1 hour wait to get checked in. AND the best part, you get service with a smile, not people walking around not wanting to work there. There is a dealership 3 miles from my house and 5 others 5-6 miles away. I drive 35 miles to this place for a reason. Take it for what it worth and trust me, I am as anul as you can get. These guys know what they are doing. Ask for Brian, he is very personable.”
“I had a rough day after hitting a curb—ended up with a bubble on my tire and the alignment was off. I called Mavis Discount Tire in Butler, and Tyler was the first person I spoke to—he got me in within about 45 minutes of calling. Mario, another technician, was also super helpful and explained exactly what was going on with my car. In just a few hours, they had my tire replaced and alignment fixed. Great team, efficient service—definitely recommend!”
