“Sending a HUGE THANK YOU. I had been camping for three days and stopped at Watkins Glen to snap a picture with my daughter. Little did I know my tire was completely flat. Being almost 5 hours from home on a Sunday night at 7 pm, Knowing everything was closed, I was very nervous and not sure what to do. The guys approached me and offered to help immediately. “After jumping my car tonight I drove it straight to Advanced, I was greeted by Al right away. I asked if I could borrow a screwdriver (to manually pop my hood bc the cable is broken) I was having a hard time when Al came out to check on me and he got my hood open in five seconds, tested my battery, alternator, and starter and emailed me the diagnostics. What started as a very stressful night was quickly resolved with his customer service and automotive knowledge. Someone give this guy a raise!”
