“Two of my cats have eye issues. The vet and his staff are compassionate with my cats and they thoroughly explain the cat’s conditions with me. Very efficient office, but be prepared to wait a while.”
“Our family has used Dr. Rao for more than 20 years. She and her staff have provided excellent care for our many wonderful animals over the years. Dr. Rao was vital in coming up for a care plan for my geriatric cat Jessie who lived to 21 and has provided great care for Crush and Fresca our now 9 year old cats. The Parkview team also cared for our wonder dog Shasta from puppyhood through injuries and cancer until she passed at 13 last summer. And now they are also providing care for Cooper and Iggy, 2 young male energetic dogs. The practice has treated many different things for our pets professionally and with the outmost care. I can’t begin to explain the compassion given for end of life care for both our beloved Jessie and Shasta. Great place to bring your animal.”

“I’ve used Whippany Veterinary for many years for my last 2 dogs. The vets are easy to talk to, they are knowledgeable about every breed of dog and when necessary, they can refer you to a specialist. The vet techs are great, they take time to get to know the animals before they start the work up, they are kind and caring! The front desk staff is great, they even submit my bill to my pet insurance company!”

“I can’t say enough how amazing, compassionate and genuine the staff is. This morning we had to put down our beloved guinea pig. He was 9 years old and it was time.The staff went above and beyond to make the experience as comfortable as possible. Explained everything they were going to do beforehand with kindness and caring. My 14 year old daughter was distraught and the staff was so kind and thoughtful. They did impressions of his paws, gave us some of his fur, and a bag of goodies as we left.This is the second time we had to go to this vet to put a piggie down. Both times they were just wonderful to us during an awful time. The price for all services was very fair, they didn’t try to upsell us on memorial merchandise, and gave a discount because our piggie was in such bad shape. I definitely did not feel like I got ripped off in my time of grief, and I have had that experience at other places over the years.I highly recommend this practice for your small animals. Thank you to everyone involved with my sweet Peanut’s transition. I can’t recommend them enough.”
“Today was our last visit at WOAH, and it would be an understatement to say that we will miss it (we are moving well out of the area). From the doctors and technicians to the front desk staff, we have never not been impressed by the extraordinary care given to our dog, Gus. Gus has required a bit of attention during his first three years – he's a power chewer and eater! – and they have treated him as if he were their own dog. I cannot speak highly enough about this wonderful team of people, and I am forever thankful for the kindness they have shown me and my husband when we were at our most worried, and of course to our boy, Gus. We will miss them very much.”

Doctor and his assistant were very helpful, and very kind and compassionate towards her. Answered all the questions and made her feel safe. “Dr. Kara was extremely knowledgeable about all of the needs of my leopard gecko. I couldn’t believe how well she handled her and how experienced she is with lizards. She spent so much time with me educating me about my pet’s needs and did her best to save her. She certainly went above and beyond. The prices were very fair. I will bring all of my animals to her going forward. The woman at the front desk was also very friendly, and the building itself was warm and welcoming.”

“We have always had a pleasant experience with staff at both locations! Front desk readily answers the phone. I’ve never had too long of a wait. They provide complimentary nail trims which is always a great bonus with a fussy pup ? Our dog is also always nervous to go to the vet and can sometimes snap. The vets are very patient and understanding of her. Our dog always leaves in a better mood than when she came in. I’ve included a picture of our dog in their “happy hat.” For the safety of both the dog and vet of course.”
“If you are looking for an amazing vet or even a place for day care, Pups @ Play is it! They have the most amazing staff who are passionate about all of the dogs that come to them while also treating the pet parents with the same care. I have been through a handful of medical issues with my dogs and have always felt like my concerns were heard and the amount of followup and reassurance that my dogs are in the best care is above and beyond. I only trust my dogs to be treated by pups at play and specifically Dr. Weiner and his staff. They truly are angels and I'm extremely lucky to have found them!”
“I am someone who constantly worries about my pup, I am a very protective owner. I have extremely high standards for Vets. Montville Vet Group has met each one of those standards. They treated my dog like she was part of their own family. Dr Ferrante smartly suggested we get our pups teeth cleaned. Doing this, she identified a cyst that otherwise we never would’ve found and could’ve caused serious damage if left untreated. Dr. Ferrante’s staff was caring, attentive to my pups needs and my needs as a protective owner. Even Celeste, the receptionist, assured me she would periodically check on my dog after her procedure. Celeste is amazing, she is one of the nicest people I’ve ever met. I will always worry about my dog, it is in my nature. But I no longer worry about the care she is getting from Montville Vet Group. They’re an outstanding practice and I feel extremely lucky they’re here for my dog and me!”

Dr. Anacker is truly one of the best vets I have ever seen. They are always so willing to help even if it requires same day appointments. Almost two months ago my dog Daisy was diagnosed with cancer. Dr. Anacker did a fabulous job with the surgery, helped me do everything I could for her to keep her as comfortable as possible, until my sweet Daisy’s time came to an end. “My 11 y.o. Maltipoo passed away on 11/16/23. I had her cremated. I could not bare the process. They were so compassionate and professional. They offered to let me have more time with her inside( I couldn't). They actually came out to my car to get her in her cage where she had passed. I was able to say goodbye and complete the payment outside. Thank you so much to the caring staff. It was not easy at all but they understood and did their best.”

“Dr. Levine is a gem. We just got a goldendoodle puppy and this was his and our first visit. We came because of the high reviews and they were accurate. Everyone in the office is friendly, professional, and informative. Dr. Levine spent time with us, discussed issues we didn’t even think to ask about, and provided helpful tips not only to keep our new pup healthy, but behavioral and training suggestions as well. We made the right choice choosing South Orange as our vet. Last note, Sharon at the front will have you smiling the moment you walk in. She greets you with warmth, and it’s energy like that we don’t often see much of in the world anymore.”
