“Helpful staff and a good selection of products at reasonable, competitive prices. They are good at referring to other local businesses if they do not carry what you are looking for. If they do not have what you need on-hand they can most likely order it and get it to you within a week.”

“Every step of this purchase, delivery and installation went exactly as they said it would. We wanted to duplicate a shed we bought from them like 15 yrs ago, they went thru the archives to match it exactly. Delivery was on time and installation handled with great care and respect for the surrounding property! 10 Stars!”
“When you're looking for some help and need someone with experience these are the right folks to talk to. How refreshing after dealing with the big box places!”
“Claire rocks! I recently had an issue with an online delivery of a toolbox that was missing a part. Rather than disassembling the whole thing and shipping it back, Claire ( manager at the Hackettstown, NJ store ) handled it in-store. She made my life much easier. Thanks again Claire.”
“We stopped in for a craftsman event. The staff was so friendly and helpful. The manager Jody gave us great recommendations on the tools we were looking for. We will definitely be making this our home store from now on.”
“🇺🇸 - Excellent, we have nothing to complain about, really very good and it was what we was looking for...
The employees are all very professional, kind, friendly and courteous.”
“Very cool, HUGE, antique & tool shop. Very well organized and so much stuff to look through. It's deceiving from the entrance, because the rooms just keep going and going, we couldn't believe the size of the place. Lots and lots (and lots) of cool items. My only peeve is that many things don't have prices on them so you have to bring them up to the counter, but I think that's a strategic move. Dan was super friendly and we spent a lot of time chatting with him, and we love that his doggie gets to sleep in the pineapple nearby. Will definitely visit again.”
“I had another great experience at Aquatech. I bought my powerwasher there years ago and they have been doing the service on it since the beginning. The people there are so friendly and knowledgeable about the products they sell! I highly recommend this place! Great job Aquatech-USA!!!”
“I've owned a power washing business for over 25 years and J & D sell the best, commercial grade equipment & chemicals. Joe, Gary & crew are extremely knowledgeable & are always quick to get your equipment repaired, if needed. I wish all businesses were this efficient...”
“I was in need of a Happy Easter garden flag(s) and this store was the only store that had them. I even picked up a Happy St. Patrick's Day one for next year. Very satisfied customer.”
“These guys always been great from multiple different companies that purchased the stores while the employees were there really helped along the way make Ferguson the best experience from whence Blackman supply and a few other chain stores to Ferguson that is one of the biggest booming plumbing supply companies around. Everyone there is helpful friendly and knowledgeable to the upmost extreme and will do everything they can in their power to make sure you get exactly what you need when you need it how you need it there’s no messing around with these people they are stellar in their performance barn on hands-down wish a few of the other people that I knew Wayback in the day from black moon and a few other house supplies that still work for Ferguson but retired a few years ago still work for them one of the only reasons why I used to go to them was for the service 20 years later it speaks for itself”
“We are very happy with our new countertops and the refacing of our cabinets from Classic Kitchens. There were lots of options to choose from in their showroom. The installation went smoothly and took less time than we thought it would. We would highly recommend Classic Kitchens!”
“This is a presentable and well-managed Home Depot location with conscientious staff. The employees here are genuinely customer-focused, don't seem burdened when approached for assistance. An understated perk is the steep markdowns available for items on the discount rack.”
“This morning (5/11/23) I had a great experience with Kate and Carmine at the Hackettstown store! They were very helpful with a small purchase and resolved the issue with kindness and patience! They both deserve the recognition and am sure they treat all customers with the same respect!”
“We were looking for fake grass about 22x12. Sophia, Chris and Suzanne all helped us to measure out a remnant that ended up being too short HOWEVER, all 3 employees went over and above to get the grass down, placed onto a measuring roller to count the actual feet. It was a large remnant and not easy to maneuver but they got it done and were cheerful and pleasant even though it was too short. Sophie looked in the system and found another Lowe’s store near by that had enough length for us. Thank you Sophie, Chris and Suzanne for all your hard efforts!! Bravo!!”

“Great company!
I ordered 5 lally columns for a job and they cut them to size and delivered them!
Keith the driver was awesome and dealing with Dave at the counter made my order easy to do and quick.
I'll be back again for my next project!”
