The front desk, concierge, and leasing teams are highlighted for being extremely helpful, welcoming, and good problem solvers who make residents feel comfortable and right at home. They are commended for making transitions smooth, diminishing headaches, and providing seamless service. Maintenance and management are always on top of their game. The building also offers a good location and hosts events in the lobby from time to time, adding to a positive living experience that residents highly recommend.
I was trying to move in and Monique and Patrick at the front desk were very helpful with getting me contact with who I needed and aiding me when and wherever they could.
And the leasing agents Henry and Jadixon were very helpful with explaining my lease and helping me prepare to move in.
