“I can't say enough wonderful things about The Victor. Having rented an apartment for two years for both of my daughters - one in medical school and one in law school, we found this complex to not only be clean, but extremely safe. The security and 24 hour maintenance, as well as concierge staff is just the icing on the cake. The staff is so kind and helpful. Every maintenance request was promptly addressed, even after regular business hours. Parking was always safe and secure, their apartment was absolutely amazing with views of the Ben Franklin Bridge and Delaware River (the windows in their corner apartment were stunning), and the fact that it had an in unit washer/dryer was so convenient. Everything was in beautiful condition when they moved in. Moving in and out was extremely easy. The building itself is very clean and well maintained. The common areas, roof top deck, and fitness amenities just put it over the top. The management staff that works there were so easy to work with. Henry Pinney in the leasing office was so helpful when we first leased the apartment and Danielle Yannarella, Assistant Property Member was by far the most attentive, helpful, understanding, accommodating, and genuinely kind person to work with. Her assistant in making sure my daughters' time at the Victor was the best it could be and also being not only available to assist with any requests or questions, but to also respond in a timely manner made everything so much easier. She was on top of everything and they are lucky to have her as an employee at the Victor.
