The arrangements are delivered promptly and always by the friendliest man who makes sure to hand it over without tilting or so we have a good grip .All my arrangements have lasted weeks when you follow the care instructions or if I call and ask . My son has always purchased arrangements and even ran in to pick up a beautiful bouquet which they have already made up .If you want the most beautiful arrangements and flowers that last for a few weeks shop here My valentine flowers are still gorgeous after I e cut n changed the water and it’s Feb 22 !”

“I don't write reviews much but I've just recently purchased a designers choice flower arrangement from them and they did a wonderful job. For the price it was awesome. I even purchased a ballon to go with it. I went with my infant son in his stroller to pick up the flowers. I was greeted right away by everyone and the lady in the front helped me take the flowers out to my car without me even asking for help. Great service, quality and pricing. Will definitely be shopping there in the future.”
“Every year my husband sends me flowers by Denise. I work nearby. They are absolutely stunning and so aromatic! He tells her my favorites- hydrangea, ranunculus, poppy, etc and they are beautifully arranged. Always so fresh and long lasting. I highly recommend Flowers Etcetera by Denise.”
“Dana does it again! We have have loved her work for years. I don't know how my friend in Seattle found her to send us get well flowers, but she did. Dana texted first and delivered the most beautiful bouquet. This isn't any sort of "FTD" arrangement. E. had asked for sunshine in the arrangement. I think 8 sunflowers is a good amount of sunshine. Roses too. The store may be unassuming, but everything else about Dana and Plants is extraordinary.”
“What a service! Had an emergency request for my friend who just lost someone and wanted something beautiful but also something fast. And it is just that and more! Beautiful beautiful arrangement done by the owner and fast delivery within few hours of placing the call. I recommend calling first and talking through your request. I liked that the owner asked about the occasion, discussed her vision, and offered different sizes. I asked for certain color palette and said what colors I specifically did not want & the result is just amazing. I love it. Most importantly my friend did too!”
“I'm almost in tears writing this review because I'm still blown away by how amazing our venue looked on our wedding day! Tanti and the Papertinians absolutely NAILED it. I audibly gasped when we walked into our reception hall for the first time and saw the beautiful work that they did. Absolutely everything was perfect - from my bouquet to the tablescapes to the FABULOUS greenery hanging from our lighting. I would like to add that we had a pretty strict budget and Tanti worked with us to help achieve our vision while being mindful of that.Tanti was such a joy to work with. Her energy and enthusiasm for our big day was so refreshing! Every time we talked she made us feel like we were her only wedding of the year. If we could give her and her team more than 5 stars, we would! And to add, Tanti volunteers her time with ACCT (Animal Care and Control Team) by helping design backgrounds for photo shoots for Philadelphia's homeless animals so she is basically PERFECT. We love you Tanti :-) Thank you again!”
“My best friend in the whole world is buried in Laurel Hill cemetery. It is always so hard emotionally when I send a wreath to his grave. This time I tried Long Stems and worked with John. He made it so easy to not just select the right item, but also in his ability to handle the (at times) complicated location instructions, and payment. I am very appreciative for his expertise, and will use this purveyor going forward for years to come.”

“UPDATE: After posting this review, the owner swiftly replied that they made an error and requested that I contact them for a refund since my husband paid in cash. The owner could not have been more apologetic for the error and made good on the sale by mailing a refund check. Very much appreciated for their honesty.My husband stopped by this florist to pick up two poinsettias for his mom. They were two, average sized poinsettias and my husband was charged NINETY DOLLARS. They were NOT gardens, arrangements or anything special. I’d run fast from this place. Wish I took a pic to post, but we live two hours away.”

“Very happy with the services provided by April Robin Florist - flowers for my daughters October wedding were absolutely stunning and exactly what I had been hoping for. Diane and Roy were wonderful and spent a lot of time with me in the weeks before the wedding choosing flowers and offering suggestions- they worked hard to make sure I was happy , and stayed on budget. Diane even sent pictures of finished products to make sure I was satisfied. My daughter was thrilled with how everything turned out and the free form bridal bouquet was absolutely exquisite; as were the bridesmaids bouquets. Highly recommend April Robin Florist for high quality fresh flowers, personal touch and professionalism. Thank you April Robin for making my daughter's day so special !”

“Kat was Awesome! She diligently assisted me with sending my sister deluxe flowers and a get well soon balloon who is in Penn Hospital. I live in Austin, TX and called another flower shop just to get their voice mail. How disappointing... Then, I called Lisa's Flowers and was so happy to here Kat say she could deliver the arrangement the same day. It was about 3:30 pm. She texted me the web link to see what the flower arrangements were and what options I had. After my order was placed, she followed up with me and informed me that the hospital doesn't accepted deliveries after 5:30 pm. She assured me that they would be delivered first thing in the morning. I was so happy to receive a text message from her the next morning confirming the delivery. My sister loved them!!! Thanks a million Kat! U "R" DA BEST!!! :D”

“My son was looking for pink lilies for his girlfriend. They were able to find the most amazing shade of pink and made him a special bouquet. They even took the time to add a variety of buds!
