I been with this amazing pharmacy for 11 years going 12 I did stepped out of the state for 11 month and Have try diferent pharmacy and have not found a pharmacy like Genoa. Genoa are extremely professional The team work hard and have youre meds ready and if you canot make to pick up youre meds they team will set youre medication to be delivery asap in front of youre home door or mail. One of the pharmacist kim omg shes adorable very extremely professional, friendly and she make sure you leave from her window happy ,she been on pharmacy for the years I been there , kim and the team always ask if any questions of meds or of anything, kim also make sure you have something to drink or have a snack while writing on youre prescription or just stoppingto say hi for a building appointmentor visit,The pharmacy always call you once youre getting low on meds or need to see doctors for refill,they will stay on top so you wont miss anything best team ever. I also always have my flu shots through kim on this pharmacy,kim and this pharmacy mean business. Kim deserves to be a manager or be on headquarters team position and have a huge raise ,Kim is the reason why I referred all my family and friends to Genoa ,shes just perfect, smart ,professional,hard worker and superfriendly. Although that the team has changed on her but they all amazing I see them always working together as a team, they are all super professional and hard worker, great team. I will recommend this Amazing Genoa to everyone that need medication remember you dont have to be a member of the building you can have different doctors away from the building and you can get youre meds on this perfect pharmacy all you need to do is call ur insuranceand and change pharmacy to this perfect pharmacy trust me you will be extremelyhappy ,you will never miss meds. “Love this place. During my battle with cancer and the shortage of controlled substances for pain, they only allow Cooper Hospital patients refills of much-needed pain meds during cancer. Some shady clientele sometimes because even though it's in the hospital, it's open to the public. Just mind ur business and no problems. I love the team there.”
