It was very crowded the day i was there. It was hard to find someone to help find things. It was a large CVS.

Debra is truly an asset for your CVS. She is always Friendly and offers to assist in anyway possible. She would be a great trainer for new employees.

Was picking up a prescription and the bald headed woman told me it would take 10-15mins and she would call me. She never did. I waited for over 45 minutes and finally went back in line for the second time. When it was my turn, the same woman at the counter had the audacity to tell me “when there’s a line, we ask that people don’t bring extra items at this checkout”. First of all, there’s no sign saying this. Secondly, I had been in line TWICE. So she could have said something to me the first time. I had 9 small items—small enough to hold in my arms. Thirdly, she should have been doing her job (calling my name when the prescription was ready) instead of nitpicking about me bringing extra stuff to the register. It’s not like I had a cart or basket full of items. Awful experience and would rather go somewhere else next time.

This pharmacy seriously needs to get it together. If a mistake is made on pharmacy’s end you will be made to wait an additional 20+ minutes. If they mistakenly fail to give you one of your scripts, you will be made to return to the front of the line where you will have to make your way to the counter to pickup the prescription that they failed to provide you the first time around. Accidents happen, but I expect the situation to be made right. I certainly don’t expect to be sent back to square one in line. Do not rely on this pharmacy to have any of your scripts ready on time, especially if you are a diabetic. You are making people ill by withholding their essential medications from them. If insulin is expected to be filled & ready for pickup by a certain date each month, I expect it to be filled & ready for pickup at that date. You can either waste half an hour of your day here cycling through the line or leave empty handed. Unreliable and inefficient pharmacy.

If I could give it less than 0 I would. Closes early, awful hours, usually out of stock prescriptions, no communication and can’t get anyone on the phone

The worst CVS I’ve been to. One cashier with 9 individuals in line. Additional individuals waiting for prescriptions to be completed.

There is only one person in the pharmacy that consistently and the three years that I’ve been coming to this pharmacy that knows me knows my prescription and helps me when I need it everybody else and that stupid pharmacy is consistently getting it wrong. They don’t look at the notes and I end up having to come back over and over again till I see this one woman I wish I knew her name but she’s awesome

The staff at CVS are great. However, that's where it ends. The company is literally right across the street from a hospital but decided years ago to stop offering 24 hour pharmacy service and now they are forcing people to self check out. If they continue this, I'll just switch to Express Script. I only shop here to keep jobs in my community.

Make sure you count your meds at the counter or you risk being shorted 2/3rds of your prescription because they aren’t paying attention to detail, cannot count, or are stealing medications. There’s zero accountability for their mess ups, plural, yes. It took THREE trips to get a fully filled script which is unacceptable.

Pharmacist was extremely Rude and obviously enjoyed playing a dr rather than a pharmacist which he is not!! A complaint will be filed and if he profiles me in any way shape or form I will take him and CVS to court without question

My wallet was completely empty after last night's dinner (who these days doesn't accept cards? really!) and I wanted to carry some cash in case I was again taken by surprise. The Allpoint ATM at this CVS is connected to my network. The inside is identical to that of most other CVS stores, including the same over-the-counter medications, snacks, drinks, and personal care items in addition to a full-service pharmacy with a drive-through.The shop is situated in a crowded mall at a prominent Cape May junction. Be careful as there is a lot of traffic and vehicles passing through.[Review 18234 overall - 110 in New Jersey - 1756 of 2022.]

I’ve seen employees at the DMV move faster. They have 6 people behind the counter with no sense of urgency. Meanwhile older elderly people wait over 20min standing in line..

I am from out of state and In the area. I needed to confirm a prescription before driving there. Script called that morning. Heard nothing from CVS. Close at 6 pm. Called at 4:30 and 5 pm.. using two phones. Held for 45 minutes and no one answered the phone!!! I called the customer service desk and the lady said she would go to the pharmacy and call me back. Why should she have to?!? Unacceptable and she didn’t call back. Arrived the next morning and went to the drop off window. Told the girl I waited on the line for 45 min the night before and she said the pharmacist would be over to talk to me. The pharmacist was polite and indicated it was received the day prior and had to be filled. She apologized. Appears short staff. Regardless.. really negative experience. Try Ocean View or Sea Isle CVS.
