“I had a great experience here yesterday when I took in my Stihl weed whacker for help. I couldn’t get it to start and I thought the battery was malfunctioning. Everyone was very friendly and Jimmy Pettit (Don’t forget it!!!) quickly found a clog in the head and had it working in no time. He gave me a few other tips and sent me on my way. Fast, friendly and excellent service! 😃👏”
“We needed some small items so decided to swing by Harbor Freight and see what kind of new items were available. They have most everything a homeowner and backyard mechanic needs from power tools to welders. Power washers, paints, wheels, tires, shovels etc. Also have parts such as spark plugs, wire ties, gloves and most everything a little shop requires.”

“I gave him a five for good service and for having the part, I didn’t see anything wrong with their customer service. They were very polite and helpful. Treated me like I was a contractor more than a homeowner. I don’t know it could be just me but they had great Service and it was much cheaper than calling a contractor that just picks numbers out of the air. If you can do it yourself this is the place to get the part and maybe some information to help you with your project but always remember safety first.”

“We went to Ace Hardware today for Kentucky Wildcats blue paint. Tara tried so hard to get the color for my son. She spent a lot of time and effort to get it and it wasn't coming up so with her help we picked a color from their paint charts and she went above and beyond again and said let me try something else. She was able to find it and my son was so happy. We would have totally understood but she kept trying until she found it. Thank you Tara! You are amazing!”

“The technician was wonderful! Professional, knowledgeable and courteous. Lots of helpful hints and showed me details about the oven. The price for the part and labor is outrageously high. It seems to be a pattern with Sears repair services. Both times I elected not to get the item fixed as the price was way too high. Also a simple part such as a door gasket was not on the truck. Had to be ordered and the technician would have to return to install.”
“I recently brought some appliances from this store and the process was good from the appliance department.And the delivery people were very nice, and it was a good job and I thank you for that.I could give this store a 5 star experience except that I think that people in customers service particularly are not very friendly or pleasant. I spoke to one who was in a rush like they didn't have time for me. Another one who scolded his co-worker in front of me, and one that was sarcastic to me. So they should probably take a course in customer excellence. I work in customer service and that is not the way you treat customers.”

“I Want to give a loud shout out of appreciation to Larry who works in the flooring section of Home Depot. His customer service is bar none. Even though the phones were ringing off the hook and random customers were stopping to ask where to find items in the store he was able to educate me about flooring and painstakingly listened while I was rattling off my needs. More people on this day and age should be like Larry. If I were his manager I would promote him or at least give him a raise.. I hope someone shows this review to him. #bekindalways #belikelarry”
