Just picked up a pre-owned Jeep—and what a ride it’s been already!
Big shoutout to Mike and John Stratton for making the qualifying and trade-in process smooth and seamless. I handed over the keys to my black 2017 JCW MINI Cooper and didn’t look back… well, almost.
The handoff was great... until I requested to have a couple of aftermarket decals removed from the sides as a surprise. Lol fumbled that. Somewhere along the way, the message got lost in translation, and instead of just the side decals, someone started peeling off the factory PPF decal on the front hood that Jeep Altitudes come with. Cue the scratches and a serious delay in getting the vehicle ready.
But that wasn’t the end of it. Right as I drove off, I heard a harsh scraping noise coming from the car... A WTF moment like something gave way.
At that moment, I thought: “Did I just make a huge mistake?”
Fortunately, Mike and John Stratton didn’t leave me hanging. They immediately stepped in to make things right. Of course, no extra charges, no excuses. They’re taking care of the brake work, diagnosing and fixing the mystery noise, and even doing paint correction with a replacement front decal (and an even cooler one at that).
Their customer service? Top-tier. They’re making sure both myself and my girlfriend are fully taken care of every step of the way.
Huge thanks to some of the Best People at Kindle! I appreciate the integrity, effort, and follow-through. This kind of service is what keeps people coming back. 🙌

Extremely disappointed with the way we were treated. We brought in our handicap-accessible minivan to be repaired for my brother, and instead of receiving quality help, we were met with severe attitude from the technician, Shaun. We were concerned about the charges for the service and were requesting help and clarification, but instead of receiving clear explanations, we were talked down to and treated poorly. The customer service was unprofessional, dismissive, and lacking in basic respect and patience.
When we raised concerns about Shaun’s behavior, the manager, Ed, was equally dismissive and responded with attitude rather than support. Despite these concerns, Ed offered no resolution and did not indicate that any action would be taken to address the poor encounter. The entire situation could have been handled much better with proper customer service and basic professionalism.
I usually keep experiences like this to myself, but this one was so disheartening I felt it needed to be shared. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Purchased a 2020 grand cherokee in oct of 2021. They put diesel in the tank instead of gas and shortly after I drove off the lot it started misfiring and blowing white smoke. Took it back to them to find out what was wrong and they diagnosed the problem as diesel in the gas tank and said that I must have put the wrong fuel in. The only problem was... there were less than 200 miles since I purchased the car and Kindle had filled the tank before I left the lot. Kindle refused to take responsibility and left me on the hook for over 1500 for repairs for their mistake. Obviously I am not happy with them and the 4 vehicles that I have purchased since have all been from other sellers. I will never buy a vehicle from them again.
I do all the mechanical work on my fleet vehicles but for stuff that requires specialized equipment like getting wheels balanced I have no choice but to go to them as my rims take a specific type of weight that most shops don't have.
So I make an appt for 9:45 in the morning. I ask how long it will take and they say they don't know, there are other people in front of me and they dont know what day they will be able to get to it... I ask why I have an appt if there are other people in front of me. She rambles something incoherent so I ask what time to come back so that there aren't other people in front of me and the lady gets irate with me.
I cant cancel everything that I have to do on the chance that they MIGHT be able to do it today or tomorrow. I cancelled and will just drive somewhere that has the professionalism to not waste people's time. Its a simple wheel balancing job, it should take less than an hour. If they can't manage their scheduling enough to tell someone what time to come in for a simple wheel balance than they have got some serious issues.

My sister and I had the pleasure of purchasing our new car at Kindle this past weekend. I had purchased my first car at Kindle years ago and it was a great full circle moment to see my sister have the same experience with her first car. We had the great opportunity to work with Albert, whose love for his job translated into an enjoyable and fun experience from start to finish. It’s people like Albert that create life long customers. His patience, market knowledge and care and compassion are just a few reasons we will come back to Kindle (and Albert) when we are ready to make our next purchase!

I came to this dealer and got a written quote for a vehicle I was interested in along with trade in appraisal I returned with pre approved financing through my police credit union and was quickly informed by Kindle that their quote was too low on the sale vehicles final price. They asked if I would allow them to get financing through another bank to “help them recoup some of their loss due to their error” I let them know as long as it doesn’t cost me anymore I don’t care. Well hours later they finally get the paper work started. Just prior to leaving I saw that my tags were still on the trade in vehicle and not in my new truck. I asked if they were going to get them and they gave me tools to take them off myself. Let’s bear in mind the new truck is a new lifted diesel f250. After 500 miles according to the aftermarket build company that the dealer commissioned to do the lift and other add ons the vehicle was to be gone over for safety to check bolt torque and to see if all things added were still tight. The dealer flat out refused to do the service. My driver side door rattles and isn’t aligning properly but again they refused to service the vehicle.
The finance manager was very nice and overall sales dept seemed friendly however the complete experience was less than satisfactory. I will not recommend this dealer to anyone. In fact I would recommend going anywhere else!
