Not enough help. Long wait times to simply have papers notarized. Went in and was told “everyone” was at lunch. Came back later that afternoon and found only 1 person working. Waited well over an hour to be taken care of. Ridiculously inconvenient from “the world’s most convenient bank”. NOT!
