As expected with an older bed-and-breakfast, this is not a modernized experience. The room had a queen bed, which you can only tell from the pictures so maybe some more detailed description on the room would be nice ahead of time because we are both tall and sleep a little crooked :-) parking included with your stay. The Wi-Fi never worked. We had to use the hotspot on our phone, which was unfortunate because we had to do a little bit of business work. You can walk to everything from here within a 1/2 mile, which was great. It’s in the middle of season so of course the prices are a little up there in August. Staff keeps to themselves. The daily cookie offering included is very nice. A little upscaling on the breakfast would be good :-) we would come again.

Stayed two nights with my wife in the Mary Franklin room. We had a great time. Breakfasts were homemade and delicious. Afternoon cookies and tea was an added treat. The room was very spacious with a comfortable, non-creaking bed. Location was excellent as well with a 7 minute walk to either the beach or Washington Street shops. Would recommend to family and friends

Just home from a two day stay at Dormer House in Cape May. We were a group of five gathered for a family siblings reunion. The Dormer House was the perfect place for our gathering. Everyone was welcoming and friendly. The rooms were very comfortable and the breakfasts were absolutely delicious and plentiful! Afternoon tea time with treats, in our instances cookies were great!
Accomodations so that our group could sit together at breakfast and then later in the evening were easily handled.
A special mention to Nancy for all her gracious hospitality! And a wave to guests Jim and Joan for fun conversations and friendship 👋

Absolutely lovely! It was walking distance to everything. The staff were excellent. The breakfast each morning was most likely better than anything you can get at a breakfast restaurant. Will definitely recommend this place to a friend!

An all-around wonderful stay. Safe, quiet neighborhood, wonderful staff, very tasty breakfast. Very walkable location for beach, boardwalk, and Washington Street Mall.

Stayed here the last week of August and had a wonderful experience. The rooms are comfy and done in a beachy, Victorian style. The staff is so lovely and couldn't do enough. The breakfasts are 10/10 as are the baked goods in the afternoon. The location is perfect--close to Washington Mall and the beach, but not right on top of these places. The large front porch is an ideal place to read after spending the day on the beach or shopping. Will definitely be back.

Great bed & breakfast property conveniently located within walking distance of shopping, restaurants, and the beach. Daily breakfast on the porch was first rate. Friendly and helpful innkeepers.

Only stayed for one night but it was wonderful. I arrived in the afternoon right in time for tea and cookies. The cookies were large and chewy. The real treat was the full breakfast, not just a few bagels or danish. Scrambled eggs, bacon, home fries, biscuit and lemon loaf. The scrambled eggs were the best I have ever had and everything else was also delicious.
Nice outside showers and they offer beach chairs and towels for their guests. I will be back to stay again.

We had an amazing stay at this perfect B&B in Cape May! It's just an 8-minute walk to the beach and super close to Washington Street, which made it easy to explore. The place was spotless and incredibly quiet, exactly what I needed for a relaxing getaway. The innkeeper was so warm and welcoming. I like the fresh breakfast as well.

Just stayed here in the Antique Rose room for 3 nights and had an amazing time! Great location, less than 10 min walk to beach and to the main downtown area. On a cute, quiet street. Delicious breakfast from 8:30-9:30 am, we loved sitting on the big porch enjoying our breakfast! Afternoon tea and cookies after 3pm! Private parking lot, outdoor showers. Friendly service. Price was affordable for Cape May- we plan to come back in the future !

This place was absolutely amazing. Fantastic. We had no idea we had reserved the cottage. If you’re looking for a romantic getaway, this is the place for you. The cottage has a living room kitchen combination of bedroom with the most comfortable beds I’ve ever slept in. Everything was spotless, there were plates and Silverware a coffee pot with coffee I refrigerator. Two TVs we were in Romantic Heaven.
Very convenient to get around Cape May just by walking to the beach, restaurants and stores. The place was spotless. The staff was friendly and warm. The breakfast was homemade pancakes sausage coffee, orange juice, banana bread. we were thrilled. If I could give this property a 10 I would. We will definitely be back there and spend a few days instead of just one night. It just wasn’t enough. Very cozy place.

Really lovely bnb! Clean rooms, great location, amazing innkeeper Nancy. One of the best parts of our vacation was reading on the front porch.
