“This place does well even though it is located near the "big Guys"... Lowes & Home Depot! The Store is well laid out, the Aisles are well marked, the Staff is well trained to be very helpful and the Prices are well lower than the "other Guys" for Tools & Accessories. Essentially it is a Real Hardware Store... not a Department Store for Homeowners.”

“Great hardware store that's conveniently close to home. They have pretty good operating hours, a decent selection of products needed for most home repairs, and good sales. While their selection is good, it isn't a huge store like Lowes or Home Depot; nonetheless they have a lot of stuff and shopping a smaller, local business is always preferable to a major chain store. Their staff, for the most part, is pretty knowledgeable about most places of home repair, and can usually guide you to the correct products when in doubt as to what to select.The only thing that bothers me is that they jump on you the moment you walk in the store! I understand the importance of a friendly greeting when a short enters your business; I've worked on retail expensively. This is a whole different level!! Within 15 minutes of shopping you'll probably be asked by at least 3 to 4 employers if you need help finding something. Today they asked me 5 times in 15 minutes. It's distracting and annoying. Most people will ask for help in when they need it. Maybe ask one time, that's plenty. If you stop for a moment to consider products they're right on you, asking if everything is "okay". Of course it's okay, I'm just choosing a product or checking the list on my phone of what I need to buy. Also, some of the older men in there speak to women as though they're actual idiots! I heard them being quite condescending to a senior lady over her selections and she was clearly upset.ACE of you're reading this: you've got a great store, let people walk around and shop without hawking them so much!!!! They'll come to you if they need help.”

He explained what the cost would be to repair the freon leak but couldn't guarantee that was the only problem. We agreed that the refrigerator needed to be replaced. “Staff are friendly and helpful at all times. Both online and physical stores are easy to shop. I like the lockers to pick up small things when I shop online. The only star missing is because for big items pickup, calling them to let them know of the lane number don't work well. Many times, I get off my truck to go inside the store for customer service and tell them the lane number since phone call isn't available - either it rings for many minutes and got hang up or the automatic voice prompts hang up.”
