I liked the old type paper statement that had everything written on it. The new statement doesn’t have a breakdown of actual services performed.Service: Tires”
“My check engine light came on a couple weeks prior to a cross country move which was unsettling to say the least! Charles looked up the code and determined it was an easy and quick fix (I don’t even think he charged me for it). He then changed the oil and all the filters, checked tires, brakes, a/c, ensuring that it was good to make the journey. The prices were extremely reasonable for the work done but the friendliness and honesty of this man is why I highly recommend this business. It’s so easy for repair people to oversell, overcharge or try to get you to pay more for stuff that isn’t needed. Charles didn’t do that at all. An overall great guy.”
