“Prior to purchasing a pre-owned car, I took it to Glen's for a diagnostic to ensure I was making the right decision. Glen performed a thorough inspection inside the car, under the hood, under the car, tires, muffler and everything in between. He explained that one repair should be made by the dealer (instead the dealer took money off) and the rest were normal wear and tear of the vehicle and provided estimated costs. Always ready to diagnose a situation, Richard is down to earth about the situation you're dealing with; he tells you if he doesn't know and has to investigate further; he tells you what you could be looking a for a price and fix time. He may very well have saved me from getting into an accident by noting the urgency of my need to change the timing belt on my 97 Accord. Richard's a strong minded individual, a salt of the earth kind of guy. I didn't know Ray as well because I only knew him for a little before he passed, but I know Ray was glad Richard came to the business to lend a hand and eventually, after Ray's passing, take over.”
