Richard's a strong minded individual, a salt of the earth kind of guy. “As a woman, I absolutely HATE dealing with anything car-related. Even getting an oil change gives me anxiety 😂. So when my transmission went while I was driving on the highway, my anxiety went through the roof.
Thankfully, I had a warranty, but even that made me nervous. The last time I used this same warranty, every shop I dealt with acted like it was such a burden. Faraj Auto was the COMPLETE opposite.
From my first conversation, everything was explained to me from beginning to end. I was told I wouldn’t be kept in the dark, and they absolutely kept their word. I received updates every step of the way, my calls were always answered, and I never once felt like I was annoying them or asking too many questions. They actually took the time to over-explain things so I understood exactly what was happening with my car.
They were also incredibly quick and efficient. My car wasn’t sitting around the shop unnecessarily they handled what needed to be handled and got it back to me as quickly as possible.
Most importantly, I felt comfortable and SAFE trusting them with my car.
Warranty or no warranty, Faraj Auto is officially my car place. My daughter will need a car soon, and they’ll also be one of the first places I look.
They didn’t just fix my car they earned my trust. And for me, that’s priceless.”
