I need to really change my feedback. I have no idea why it is so many haters here. My appointment was really smooth and technician who did diagnostics and repair (his name is Junhan) did his job really great. Believe you or not he brought new TV for replace if repair not possible. But he did his job and replaced all that supposed to be replaced, and now everything is work great.

It’s been over 2 months and still nothing done. Technician came to my house to check my washer and said part needs to be order, when we receive the park will call you to schedule repair. They call me a week after to schedule repair ( lady on the phone said they have the part) we scheduled repair for a Tuesday between 8am-12pm. By 3 pm no one showed!! I called the number of course no answer. I called Samsung they told me ticket for work order has been closed by technician on Friday (the day they called me scheduled for repair) because part is no longer available. Samsung is telling me now I have to call Best Buy to get replacement or refund. So I did, but Best buy is telling me they do not see any note for part being no longer available in their system call repair company to write note with evidence than we will look into it. Now I have to wait another week or two to get an answer.. Samsung should find better company to work with.

Never ask these people to repair any Samsung item unless it is under warranty. because they will make sure they break item to be replaced with new. if you are out of warranty , you will be loosing money on both repair and item it got repaired. these guys repaired my TV . it has more problems than before along with existing problem. Samsung open ticket and these guys close it with out even checking with customer. I wish I have read google reviews and other reviews before I opt in for the repair. it is night mare come trues. worst business practices. it is a Scam. These people and Samsung are gaming the customer. After 6 months of repair we found out one of the cable from the tv was missing from the first repair.

Absolutely the worst company! The schedule my appointment then canceled because the repair person was out sick. Then they rescheduled with a 9-12 window period. The repair person call at 3pm to reschedule because his GPS took him to Connecticut. My address is in New York! Then the company won't call you back! I called Samsung and complain to them. How can a multi billion dollar corporation contract with such a low and pathetic, unprofessional trifling company, such as Home Service Network! I hope they go out of business!

Worst company I have ever dealt with. They don't answer the phone or they hang up on you. Don't try to get any satisfaction from this company. It will never happen. It took me a week to get an appointment with a 5-hour window. Samsung warranty repair shouldn't be this hard

They fixed my samsung dryer that was making a lot of noise, now it is not working anymore and the technician wont come back , also hours are only between 10to2 monday friday, dont buy samsung, customer care is horrible

This company NEVER answers the phone no matter what time of day I call nor do they ever call back if you leave a voicemail. I’ve been waiting 2 and a half weeks for my tv to be repaired. I was given a one week window for the repair and for the tv to be returned to me. Samsung itself can’t even give me answers on when I should expect my tv they just direct me back to this company which does no good since you can never get in contact with this company!

Home Service Network, Inc is by far the worst appliance repair company out there. Shame on Samsung for using this company to repair appliances for them. They failed to show up for 2 appointments and when you call the number on the invoice, you're on hold for 20 minutes and then a recording comes on asking you to leave your number and then they don't call back! If you don't get the recording, you get disconnected. Horrible customer service. If Samsung made reliable appliances, I would not have to be going through this!!!! I've had to have a new refrigerator repaired 4 times already!

This company is trash. I had an appointment scheduled for today between the hours of 2pm-6pm and the technician decides to show up at 11am almost 4 hours before the appointment time. Now I’m being told I need to wait for another week for someone to come back out. this has been an ongoing issue for a month now

I have only had to deal with this company over the phone so far, but it has been horrible. Home Depot scheduled an appointment for service, but I never received a confirmation from Samsung. I reached back out and was informed Home Depot cannot schedule Samsung appointments, and the soonest appointment for my dryer is another week+ out. When I questioned how the original appointment was not real, I was being constantly interrupted and just told my schedule was causing the delay of service. After agreeing to wait another week for service, I was hung up on, only to be called back and informed my service would not be scheduled. If no one comes out today for my original appointment, I will definitely be asking for a new service center.

PLEASE DO NOT PURCHASE A SAMSUNG TV UNLTIL YOU READ THIS!!!! I have purchased a new Samsung tv.....brand new. FROM day ONE the tv hasn't been able to connect to wifi. Like a normal human I reached out to Samsung support to get the help that was offered from Samsung support. They told me to reset my TV and if it continues to give you issues please call us again and we will resolve it. I reached out to Samsung the next day and they scheduled an appointment with a technician. 2 Weeks past and technician never showed up to fix the TV. AFTER a MONTH passed then we finally see a technician after scheduling it the 2nd time. He does the same thing.....resetting the TV. STILL DOES'T WORK! The technician informed us to call Samsung again and let them know because they have to order a part. we contacted Samsung support AGAIN and they scheduled a technician to come and fix the TV with the new part...and guess what happened again.....YUP NO TECHNICIAN! At this point I sincerely spoke to Samsung and relayed to them how angry I was with this service. It now has been 2 months for us with no TV. just a living room with a 85" sitting duck. We have numerous parties and my kids can't even enjoy anything. we had called and scheduled ANOTHER TECHNICIAN and we were scheduled for TODAY 9/15 2pm-6pm. Our VERY RUDE TECHNICIAN FROM "homeservicenetwork" located in Hackensack NJ has told us he is going to cancel our ticket and it is not his problem and that I would have to call Samsung support to schedule another appointment. I have been getting the run around from day one of buying my TV. I never thought it would be this difficult for Samsung to just replace my tv. IF THERE IS SOMEONE THAT IS IN HEADQUARTERS PLEASE HELP ME. I NEED HELP. I CAN NOT RETURN MY TV BACK TO THE ORIGINAL STORE WE PURCHASED IT FROM BECAUSE 2 MONTHS HAVE PASSED. if anyone else has dealt with this situation before please help.Like

Rubbish and unprofessional beyond belief. The technician does a no show and they have the audacity to say I was not at home despite my telling them I have CCTV and call logs proving that their technician is lying. All this to fix a brand new Samsung refrigerator that is 2 days old. I took time off from work to wait at home just to be told I need to do it all over again. The worst experience ever.

Worst customer service ever. It has been over a month since my washer has broke and waiting for them has been a struggle. From canceling appointments to not showing up. 4 attempts and no one has shown up. As much I as I use Samsung do not buy a Samsung appliance

I didn’t receive service, therefore can’t comment on technicians, but customer service person was rude,I was given date and time “am” on Thursday , she stated “it doesn’t matter “, she cancelled my ticked without informing me about it .Long story short , I had to go through Samsung again , asked for a different company , that company customer service called me back as soon as I got off the phone with Samsung , scheduled appointment for the next day !

Company fails on all levels. They completely failed to contact me after scheduling the service. Then they completely failed to show up. They do not answer phone calls. They do not return voicemails nor emails. One wonders how they can maintain a business license.
