“Fun little store with home baked goods, staple items and deli ( they'll make you a sandwich to order.) Deli prices were good, frozen meats were on the high side.”

“I visited the post office to retake a photo for my passport renewal. I left a review on usps but I also wanted to leave a review here. Ms. S Patel was the woman that helped me with everything! She literally did not wait for me to ask her for help she took the initiative and handled everything for me very efficiently. If I ever need any assistance with my passport I would definitely come back to this location ! She made my experience wonderful. My appointment was at 1:15 I arrived at 12:55 and was done by 1:10!!!! Thank you Ms SPatel !”

“I had very positive experiences. Scott and the woman at the counter were great. Very knowledgeable and efficient. We came for the passport appointment as a family of 3. We were 10 mins late as I had realized I needed to take copies of the documents. Scott was super accommodating and was so fast that it took about 30 mins to have all new passports done (ton of papers to attach and put in order!!!). I rare leave reviews but Scott definitely deserves some recognition!!! Copies of the documents were taken at USPS. I have successfully received my passport.”
“Easter is love even though i moved a little far, but just because of Easter, i always used this location .... believe me, this is the only one usps location where you can find such a bright smiley, happy face, and a person with a positive attitude. “Went around 2pm on a weekday for a money order. The line was pretty long and they only had 2 windows open. The man at the window was very helpful and descriptive on how to fill out the money order once received. Wait was ~20 mins for a 2 min interaction! Shame they don't open more windows to help service move faster.”
“Never had any issues in this post office stuff was grate , best post office around the north Jersey. If you have problem here it’s not them its you or your products. I have been in so many post offices around NJ this one is the best on service.”

“Arlene is the most efficient of all and she s a sweetheart too. She takes pride in her job, does it very well because she puts her heart into it. I had lots of parcels to send and she was very patient and attentive. She did make up 100 times for the frustration we can get sometimes. I wish all the usps employees were like her!”

“Went there this past Thursday for passport renewal for my daughter and son.... I had all my paperwork screwed up and Hiram (Jay) walked me thru the process to get right!!!
What a gentleman!! We got both my daughter and son's passport applications complete and we were on our way!!!

“I lived in Cliffside for 13 years and I just walked by there one day never knowing the post office was there. If anyone knows the post office on Anderson Ave near pizza corner it is never open and if it is they are so rude. Is there a phone # for this place? Only the 800 #?

“This USPS gets a lot of flack but they are all hard workers. L. Rotali is incredibly sweet, and was crazy helpful while I struggled to send an international package. He was patient and even lent me his pen, which is rare for post office people! If you're patient, they will be patient too.”

“I recently moved to NA and my letter carrier is the most pleasant man; even welcomed me to the neighborhood. I've never had an issue at the post office. The cashier (young man) is nice and quick. Whether I use the counter, the drop box inside the store or the mailbox right outside, everything is delivered without issue. The majority of the low rated reviews are made by entitled people living in NA that are older and miserable. I've seen the entitled behavior first hand. NA is a small town with a tiny post office that is doing their best being surrounded by larger and busier towns in the metropolitan area.”

“I had such a lovely experience this morning with the red haired woman who was working today (I unfortunately did not get her name) and it left a good impression on me! She was very patient and accommodating, and never made me feel bad if I missed something on the customs form I filled out. Sometimes going to the post office can be anxiety inducing, but she was very sweet! I've also had a good experience with the young man who works there as well. I'd say sometimes if you go in with a good and gentle disposition, you'll usually get a normal experience. They work hard and sometimes it's just one person attending so I understand when things are less than ideal. But things go so smoothly when they also treat you with kindness and respect, so kudos to this location and their staff!”

“Visit this branch everyday mailing numerous packages and have never had an issue.Yes they are a small branch and sometimes they get busy. They also appear to be short staffed like so many other businesses right now but they have always worked with me to drop off my packages and minimize the wait.”
