So i went @3pm to do a new passport.I didnt have a passport appointment, and the office only does walk ins during 9am -10am on Monday- Friday and only scheduled but Deja let me in regardless. She is always willing to take the time to double check the best way to help pick the cheapest shipping and even takes the time to fit together my boxes for me.
