I went to Casper store Menlo Park and was greeted by Giselle. I looked at the beds on my own and then Giselle came over and started explaining everything about different beds . Very helpful to a new buyer for sure. She pointed out all the things that the beds have and also the new adjustable frames .After she showed me all that they had to offer made my decision to trade up an easy one . She was one awesome sales person and Casper is lucky to have her.
