5 missed delivery appointments. No call ahead. Customer service is clueless. Noone to complain to.

By far the worst freight terminal I have come across. It seems that none of the staff is aligned and sort of a free for all. If your freight ships or delivers from here consider yourself lucky. AVOID at all costs especially in time critical situations.

ZERO IS THE RATING!!! product shipped 60 miles away 3 months ago and still has not arrived!!!! Call customer service, they cannot help. Call the terminal, they continually st up delivery dates and it never shows~~~~~~
