Keep away! Impossible to get a hold of anybody at the terminal. None of the extensions provided on the main line actually work, and even the T Force agents are incapable of getting information internally.

They stink...enough said. PAY FOR TWO DAY SHIPPING . They tell me package delivered. Yes it was to my local post office but hey it got delivered somewhere.

Horrible terminal with absolutely no CS skills. Unable to follow simple instructions. Even spelt out in crayon and still they could not understand instructions.

Driver submitted that the package was delivered but it was not. It was left at a different address. Contacted UPS facility Supervisor Nancy advised me driver would go back the following day to locate the package and redeliver it. I called back the next day a representative told me the driver did not go back to relocate the package and representative would send driver "right now" . I then decided to submit a claim via UPS site, I never received a call in regards to that claim from anyone at UPS. Claim a few days later was automatically closed because the package was not found. UPS never sent the driver to relocate the package, therefore submitting a claim did not do any justice.

The drivers at UPS freight are just awesome! They definitely don't compare to Fedex! I got my hardwood floors delivered by Asemota and Jim Fuentes and they were exceptional. They did all their best to deliver my two big pallets in the garage not on a curb side considering my driveway is pretty steep! Hats down for these guy's hard work, respectfulness and great attitude. They deserve much more than 5 stars! Thank you guys so much! You were truly outstanding!

Still haven't received my shipment 2 days after the expected delivery date. Will remove one additional star for each additional day of delay.

The WORST customer service. Never delivers package. Then emails me to tell me it's out for delivery again, waited all day and still no delivery! On hold with a supervisor who then disconnects me. The supervisor Kevin is rude and unhelpful. I can't not believe this is UPS. A major shipping company.
