ZERO IS THE RATING!!! product shipped 60 miles away 3 months ago and still has not arrived!!!! Call customer service, they cannot help. Call the terminal, they continually st up delivery dates and it never shows~~~~~~

Four days in a row I was promised a delivery. It never showed up. No one contacted me. Every time I called them they promised something and didn’t deliver on those promises. Still waiting on my shipment and I’ve wasted massive resources expecting to receive this each day the last four days.

This has been the most frustrating experience I have ever had with a freight company. They called to scheduled a delivery, I cleared an entire day because they said between11-5. When I did not hear from them I called, spent 2 hours tracking down my pallet and they eventually told me I emailed to rescheduled (LIE, they rescheduled without any communication) I explained I was going to be away for a month and would not be available to receive the shipment. A supervisor agreed to have it delivered the next day by 12pm since the location would be vanacant after that time. I didn't hear anything, call at 11:50 and was told the driver was on break and I was the next stop. Again after not hearing anything, called back at 1:15 and was told it would not be delivered till 6. No empathy and no help from anyone. The only option they gave me was to have my merchandise on hold for over a month till I got back, causing a loss to my business. They do not care, very unprofessional and no communication!

this company and the Carteret Location is the worst! With our many years of freight carriers, would never recommend them, stay clear...there are so many other good options out there

TForce LTL Freight: Scheduled a delivery to showroom for a specific day and they deliver on a day we're closed. Specified the day and nobody at this place in Carteret knows how to read I guess. Worthless company. Much better choices for local LTL out there.

Please note: UPS Freight was bought by T-Force Freight. I like UPS Ground and would give that service 5 stars. However this location has compounded all the local past issues with a uniquely disconnected/impotent Corporate customer service. Would rate negative stars for 3 pallets not getting delivered before Christmas.We paid for a delivery on the 14th but the terminal is still listing it as unpaid as of December 28th and holding our 3 pallets of goods indefinitely in limbo. Customer service continually insists that we call the terminals Dispatch to fix their internal communication problem, but Dispatch's extension is broken.

Keep away! Impossible to get a hold of anybody at the terminal. None of the extensions provided on the main line actually work, and even the T Force agents are incapable of getting information internally.

They stink...enough said. PAY FOR TWO DAY SHIPPING . They tell me package delivered. Yes it was to my local post office but hey it got delivered somewhere.

Horrible terminal with absolutely no CS skills. Unable to follow simple instructions. Even spelt out in crayon and still they could not understand instructions.
