About Flux Yoga
Flux Yoga is a beautiful, large studio space with great natural light that feels light, airy, and luxurious. It is a favorite and the best hot yoga studio around, with a sweet community of enthusiastic yogis. All levels are welcome in a warm, inviting, and judgement-free atmosphere. The teachers are excellent and great, offering vigorous practices with creative sequencing for an amazing workout combined with zen. The studio also offers incredible workshops, like breath work and reiki, and yoga teacher trainings. It is a cool spot and a happy place where many leave feeling recharged and make wonderful connections.
I love flux yoga! This is my favorite hot yoga studio I’ve ever been to. I’ve tried many other places, nothing compares. It’s big, has great natural light, teachers are great, and I always leave feeling recharged.

I have been practicing yoga at Flux for many years. The teachers are excellent, they are all warm and inviting. There is no judgement and all levels are welcome. Flux Yoga is the best around, it is my happy place :)

I have practiced and taught at Flux Yoga and enjoyed all of it. This is a beautiful study with a sweet community of enthusiastic yogis. It is a great place to practice especially if you enjoy a vigorous practice with creative sequencing.
