Great atmosphere with motivating coaches. Also, I have found that the community of peers will help push you if you want to achieve new goals or prs. Jackie, the awesome owner and her team keep the equipment up to date and maintained.

I have been coming to CFCG/Limitless Performance for 6 years now. The coaches are beyond helpful and accommodating. Before I started, I had barely worked out at all. Now I come 5 days a week and I can’t get enough! There’s a reason this place is voted “best of Essex” 3 years in a row!

Great trainers and facility!Joined Crossfit just to try to get some exercise that wasn't boring, found a fun place to make new friends, great coaches to keep you from getting hurt while keeping you motivated! The scaled workouts give the ability to participate in all workouts at my own comfort level!
