“Firstly this is the best ShopRite in the Morris County area. It is clean. It is fresh looking. The food whether is the meats the chicken or pork it’s fresh! It doesn’t look old or is an outdated and pushed to the back like some stores in the area. The staff is extremely friendly. Glenda, a manager there is tremendous. There is a customer service counter clerk who I’ve dealt with a few occasions and praised her to Glenda recently on the phone. More ShopRite should model themselves after this store. Again, I wanted to thank Glenda for her help in a situation there greatly appreciated.”
“If I were to compare this to other ShopRites, this one definitely stands out. It is large in size and pretty modern. I would say everything is fairly clean and well stocked. I've never had an issue with them not having something. ShopRite is my go-to store for my main shopping due the prices. While the parking lot is huge, the spaces are close together and it can sometimes be a nightmare backing up. I usually choose to park towards the back to avoid any nonsense. Service is fine - nothing above and beyond. It's a good store overall.”

I came in very late around 9:45 PM needing to get an important document printed, and the staff went above and beyond to help me out right before closing. They were incredibly patient, kind, and efficient during a stressful moment. Exceptional customer service.”
