“We finalized our closing on our home and the PNC customer service over the phone messed up our wire transfer. Meaning we would have been out of house and home for several days. Including the other homeowners that were waiting to receive this money. Alcy Riche the loan officer at this location saved the day!! I don't know if he knows it, but he helped so many families today. This man was so calm and he did everything he had to do to make the wire transfer happen, even with the PNC wire transfer office being closed. He was professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. I will forever be appreciative of him and his help. I cannot thank him enough.”

Stephanie (who I believe is the boss) put together everything for me and even took the extra steps to get my trade names taking care of with the county. All I had to do is go to the county clerk and get a signature. She basically set up my business legally. Another girl Sarah set up all my personal accounts and she was also amazing to work with. Neither of them tried to sell me anything either. I will be using them for everything from now on. I highly recommend if you are looking for a welcoming bank.”
