Although there was a complaint about long hold times, in-store visits reveal a very different, positive experience. The store does not carry prescription food but offers unique varieties that are hard to find elsewhere. Overall, customers enjoy their visits and feel welcomed by the knowledgeable employees.
Sales people are very friendly and knowledgeable, always willing to help. The Whippany store is my favorite. Store is clean, neatly and fully stocked. As a member I often receive coupons for as much as 25 to 30 percent discount off total price. Also, point rewards for purchases.

Everyone here is so nice especially to the pets. The groomer Pat is absolutely amazing. Fun and very caring with the dogs.
