The automated system is impossible. It couldn't respond to my request which concerned mailing a prescription and I had a terrible time getting it to provide a call back from a human being. It just kept cycling back through its mindless annoying robot response

I had a few minutes to kill before an appointment and had never been to this CVS before. I didn't really need anything in particular, but I enjoyed perusing the make-up offerings and bought two items. I will definitely revisit this store next time I'm in that part of town!

Husband recently had surgery, needed meds. After searching, was told it was on the CVS recording. I was helped by Samatha. She noted I had breathing issues, (asthma) offered me a chair & water. She was so kind and helpful. An employee like her should be recognized.
