Just went in for company health screening at the main ave location in Chatham NJ. They drew my blood twice and both times the cholesterol machine failed! So wasted an hour of my time and have two band-aids on my left hand. Now will have reschedule...preferably at another location as I don't trust the equipment (and maybe the people) at this location. So disappointed at CVS. Beware, all other folks!

This is one of the worst CVS I’ve ever been to most of the staff is really rude besides, this one woman with glasses and locs and a guy with blonde hair who usually works at night time. I hate that this is the closest CVS nearby me. There’s this one girl with a hajab I always have a positive attitude with her, and she always seems dull, and like she doesn’t want to assist me. Every time I walk in there, I feel all eyes on me. Everybody’s looking at me like I’m about to steal, especially by the manager. this CVS need some new staff ASAP….

Big selection of products and most of the staff was lovely and super helpful, however, one particular older cashier with a brown ponytail was extremely rude both to me as a customer and also other employees. Started rolling her eyes and acting super annoyed when I asked to sign up for the CVS card, made a whole ordeal about scanning my products, all the while sighing, rolling her eyes and making snarky comments at me and a different staff member who was trying to help me. At the end of our interaction she started laughing and ridiculing me after I’d accidentally clicked the wrong button on the terminal. Very unfortunate experience due to which I will not be returning to or recommending this particular store to anybody. Being kind costs nothing and I feel very sorry to all of the other employees (who were extremely nice to me) who have to deal with this sort of behaviour on a daily basis.

The other month, I was in your store with my girlfriend where I typically see Deanna who is always smiling and extremely helpful. On this occasion, I was on a long line and Deanna was the only one working the register. While I was waiting I witnessed two other employees (Josette and Margie, whose names I felt compelled to note) verbally abusing Deanna instead of opening another register. Deanna to her credit ignored their comments and kept smiling and helping customers. I was very disappointed with CVS and called the General Manager, but never heard back.

The staff is extremely rude. I witnessed on more than one occasion employees berating other employees. April and Deanna are the best employees they have . I witnessed April and Deanna being berated and spoke down to on several occasions. Josette, Maggie, and Margaret are the rudest people for working with the public. I saw Deanna being yelled at for no reason several times by these three monsters. Deanna kept her composure and was still very polite and pleasant with her customer with this behavior going on in front of customers.I haven't seen Deanna in a while. She is always happy , smiling, and pleasant to talk to. She is awesome

It all went so well. I have no feedback. Josette, an employee was so helpful and introduced me to Vichey products telling me about how to save money. I will return to this store because of her.

I really enjoyed the help I received from Josette in regards to purchasing some products i needed as well as helping figure out the issues with my CVS membership Carepass. She is an excellent employee and went above and beyond for me which was very much appreciated.

Just beware of two black Africans ladies, they would talk to you as there are doing favor on you.Today it was the heights of their garbage behavior, I was there to pick my medication and they asked me to wait.Then they were talking all garbage about me, I feel like because I am brown they did this with me, as their behavior and services with the white guy before me and after me was totally different.This store I have been using since many years, but never had such bad experience the way they treated me today.And we are talking about DEI seriously!!!!

I have been visiting this cvs 1 - 2 times per week since moving here in 2012. I have used all areas of the store and never had an issue, with anything! I find that saying hello and having conversations with employees at any store I visit goes a long way. When people start to get to know and remember each other, it makes for a much more pleasant experience no matter where you go. Of course everyone has a bad day every now and then. Also, I would never want to have to deal with the flood of kids every weekday at 3:30! I'm sure alot of them are fine but 50 teenagers inside that little store is alot to deal with!

I have been a customer here for over 25 years. They have a great selection of products with very helpful staff. I have used the Pharmacy and Minute Clinic multiple times over the years and they have been helpful and awesome with their advice, service and counsel. I can’t tell you how many times they have helped me out in a pinch with their product selection, availability or with medical help/advice. Highly recommend.

Minute clinic is horrible... Making me go around for a week to hv covid test done. Although there is an appointment; they turn you down for few min delay and they were just sitting and chatting in office there was no other patient there... on next appointment when on time they said their testing tech is away, trying to get Covid test from a week but they don’t let it. Is it CVS issue or just salaried staff who’s screwing up the patients?
