“I had a problem with my phone charging. I took it to Cell Doc and the person working there Kadir fixed my problem immediately. It only took him 15 minutes to fix it. This is not the first time I took my phone to them. They always fix my issues and they are not expensive at all. I will always use them.”

“Kaylee was great. She was courteous and friendly. She convinced me to get an upgrade to my old Galaxy S23 since it was overheating and battery life was dying out fast. She also convinced me to get a Galaxy watch. She was great with setting up my phone and watch even after I left the store with them, she helped me to continue with the transferring process. Her coworker was also helpful and friendly. I know where to go now for great customer service.”
“I highly recommend the service they provide. I was there in January to fix my kid’s iPad that was constantly having charger issues and the home button was replaced. Two months later the home button was needed to be changed again and he made it for free of charge. Thank you again!”

We were in the store from opening until about 12:30pm on 8/15 and Nia was the sole employee in the store, efficiently handling up to five different phone customers at once. I felt terrible that she was alone but she calmly reassured me that she felt ok and she was cheerful and attentive to all of us, without revealing why she was alone on a busy Saturday. The phone plan transfer itself was easy and understandable. Nia was a particularly delightful company representative to work with and if I were her supervisor, I'd commend her going above and beyond in a stressful situation.”
