The Apple Cherry Hill store provides excellent and knowledgeable service. The staff is awesome, helpful, and never steers customers wrong, offering outstanding support. The atmosphere is clean and the store is not crowded. Teams provide very useful and accurate information, including tutorial classes. They are very nice and explain situations clearly. While they cannot solve every problem, the service is often the absolute best experienced, with efficient help for repairs, purchases, and appointments. The entire staff is thoughtful and ensures customers are taken care of very well.

Needed help with my iPad keyboard and everyone was so kind and patient ! Incredible service. Wish I got the guy’s name , but Monday at 7:30 pm staff made everything so easy.

Raul was excellent today! We have been trying to figure out our family share issue for three years! Even Apple could not help us.🤦🏻♀ Raul listened to the problem, figured it out and in 10 minutes he saved us the extra $10 a month! Finally! Thanks Raul
