Not only do they service turntables and vintage radios, but they can also fix more modern electronics. I have a modern Victrola replica with radio, CD and Bluetooth that we use often. After about 10 years it stopped working. The company that made it discontinued production of this model, and I wasn’t a fan of the newer versions currently for sale online. They were able to replace the parts needed to fix the device and it’s good as new. They were great with explaining the cost and process up front and got the job done within days. Highly recommend this business.”

I couldn't do anything about it, so I took it to repair a few places, and they couldn't help me. Even though they were going to fix it, it was going to take longer than I expected. When I went here, there was an employee named Josh. He helped me a lot and fixed my phone in an hour. He was very welcoming and helpful.”

“I just moved back up north in august of 2022 and settled at pennsauken New Jersey in September and when I got to this store the only woman there gave me attitude and instead of understanding the situation she have rather fight and argue and mistreat me because to her I’m a tourist. In October of 2022 she took my scratch off told me what I won then took the $20 and placed it underneath the register mind you I was sick and dealing with climate change so I just walked out later that month I approached her and I had the cops involved because of her attitude once again. I was born in New Jersey and travel a lot so when I came back it was a complete nightmare and it’s all owed to that lady. I saw the owner and co-owner as well. He was just completely rude (co-owner) the owner however is smart he stays out of it. If you are visiting here please be mindful of your money and your receipts. Pennsauken has many retired police officers and officers who will indeed make matters right for you. Don’t be afraid to call if ever you are placed in that kind of predicament again.If you see roaches then I also advice you to let the employees know as well.The night worker is amazing! He is the absolute sweetest.It’s just time for a store meeting because I will be back from time to time.Stay blessed.”

“Ok so I made a huge mistake of switching to AT&T after 27yrs w/Verizon. After recognizing after a few days the regret i was having, I popped into the Verizon store.
I just wanted to give a shout out to a great group of guys (Jesse, Tito, Eugene & Anthony). They were all very professional and made sure that the switch back was as painless as possible. Let me just say also, the store and its associates are extremely clean. I had to go over to AT&T across the street to shut down their phones and omg…tables were dirty the smell was unforgiving and the store associates looked like they rolled out of bed! My guys at Verizon were clean cut, professional and wore extremely clean uniforms. We all make mistakes in life, I’m glad I came to my senses and came back to Verizon.”
